An imprisoned former Wellington polo mogul was back in a West Palm Beach courtroom Wednesday, seeking a new trial.

Wellington polo club founder John Goodman is making one last attempt to set aside his DUI manslaughter conviction and 16-year-prison sentence in the 2010 death of Scott Patrick Wilson. Goodman now claims his trial lawyers botched his case.
