当地事件周三，Facebook公布了截至6月30日的2021年第二季度财报。报告显示，Facebook第二季度营收为290.77亿美元，较上年同期的186.87亿美元增长56%；第二季度净利润为103.94亿美元，较上年同期的51.78亿美元增长101%；第二季度摊薄后每股收益为3.61美元，较上年同期的1.80美元增长101%。
第二季度主要业绩
第二季度营收为290.77亿美元，较上年同期的186.87亿美元增长56%。2021年上半年营收为552.48亿美元，较上年同期的364.23亿美元增长52%。不按照美国通用会计准则（不计入汇率变动的影响），按去年同期汇率计算，第二季度营收为280.95亿美元，较上年同期增长50%。不按照美国通用会计准则（不计入汇率变动的影响），2021年上半年营收为535.60亿美元，同比增长47%。

截至2021å¹´6月30日，Facebook服务“家族”的月度活跃用户(MAP)数量为35.1亿人，较上年同期增长12%；
Facebook第二季度资本支出为47.4亿美元，其中包括融资租赁的本金付款；
截至2021年6月30日，Facebook所持现金、现金等价物以及有价证券总额为640.8亿美元；
截至2021年6月30日，Facebook的员工总数为63404人，较去年同期增长21%。

分析师预期对比
第二季度营收290.77亿美元和第二季度每股收益3.61美元，均好于华尔街预期。
据雅虎财经汇总的数据显示，华尔街40位分析师此前的平均预期是，Facebook第二季度营收为278.2亿美元；40位分析师此前的平均预期是，Facebook第二季度每股收益为3.02美元。
此外，Facebook月度活跃用户(MAU）数量为29亿，较上年同期增长7%，低于分析师此前预期的7.5%，创下了过去至少16个季度以来最低。此前，Facebook的MAU年度增长率一直在下降，2016年为14.5%，2019年已经降低至7.6%。但由于疫情，去年恢复至12%。
股价变动
