good morning, i'm patrice harris. let's check in with meteorologist steve fertig and find out how cold it is and when the warm up will be. it's cold and thanks to the clear skies and northerly flow, we're getting a chilly start to today and frost advisory at many locates locations. would you rather have the frost which means that the wind will be diminishe diminished no frost would prevent the frosting. >> neither. >> not much of a choice. >> this afternoon you will have a choice because temperatures will climb into the 60s. it will feel a whole lot better. you hold off until then, but some of you have to go to work. be prepared, it's going to be chilly when you step out. and there are many 30s in the surrounding areas, the suburbs especially. the sky hd radar indicating clear skies. that is going to bring plenty of sunshine. that will help warm things up and the flow will be out of the northwest. as low pressure moves off to the north and east and had i pressure builds in, again the winds pick up. look forward to warmer temperatures to come as we move through the rest of the week. some spots cool and breezy, warmer tomorrow and much warmer end of the week and into the this morning. >> reporter: thank you, steve. once you get into the car and you head out on the roadways, you're not going to much activity. here it is on 83, it's just above the beltway in baltimore county. you can see only a few cars scattered here and there. and we are in the green on the beltway this morning taking it from 83 all the way up toward 795. 8 minutes, right now 54 miles per hour. from 795 down toward 95, there's nothing to disturb the drive there. 11 minutes at 54 miles per hour. and pretty much the same deal traveling through baltimore, southbound 95, through the fort mchenry tunnel, toward the beltway, 8 minutes, 55 miles per hour and 54 miles per hour with a 9 minute clip at southbound 895 at the harbor tunnel all the way down toward 95. that is a look at your morning travels. patrice, back over to you. 6:02 on fox 45 morning news. baltimore city councilmembers will hold a public hearing tonight on verizon's decision to leave fios out of city. councilmembers say it's unfair and they're demanding answers from the internet company. megan gilliland joins us now with more. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. right now baltimore is the only major jurisdiction in maryland that does not have fiber optics. city leaders want to know why. so where is the be more fios campaign is asking verizon to treat baltimore city the same as the surrounding area. ver einsverizon can deployed tos and harford counties as well as see along the mid a mid-atlantii board but not baltimore city. the decision to leave baltimore city off the fios map creates a division and will hurt the community and the businesses here. >> we have a long history here in baltimore of this sort of treatment by big corporations whether it's banks or insurance companies auto insurances, there seems t this prejudice that exis out there against baltimore. >> reporter: there other major cities where fios is not available like boston and new york, but verizon said recently it has no plans to expand that service into any new markets. tonight we lo will see if they'risticking to that statement. the public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. inside of city hall. megan guild land, fox 4 gill lag news. police were called and they found the body of a man who had been shot in the back several times. he was pronounced dead at good samaritan. so far there's no word on a suspect. a small plane flying out of frederick crashes in eastern kentucky. rescuers had to use atvs to reach the plane in a heavily forested area. investigators say the hawker beach craft was headed for mississippi when it went down yesterday afternoon. emergency crews believe two people were board at the time although it's not known yet if anyone survived. a teenager is arrested for allegedly breaking into a home in park heights. 19-year-old duante gladden was taken into custody in connection with the april 16th incident. police say he broke into a home in the 2600 block of spaulding avenue and held a family at gunpoint. he then reportedly shot 34-year-old kevin hall in the head. hall survived the shooting. investigators believe the home invasion was drug related. the coast guard releases the call it received saturday that trirgetriggered an 8 hour search effort. >> i can't get, we're taking on water. there's some leaking in the bottom of the hull. >> the distress call said that three children and one adult were on board a boat in middle river and the boat was taking on water. >> it's leaking pretty bad. i don't know, like i hit something. there's a lot of water coming in. i don't know how long we're going to be. >> the coast guard dispatched several helicopters boats and rescue crews but turned up nothing. no witnesses in the area ever recall seeing a boat. the coast guard has called off the search but the case remains open. if it turns out to be a host, person who made that call could face 6 months in jail and a fine. the school board decided students should be able to view websites about gays and lesbians on school computers. the change in policy was made after the aclu challenged the school saying that the internet filters blocking sites were illegal. some parents aren't happy with the change and started a petition and contacted lawmakers to get involved. >> it boggles my mind as to what the curriculum we're teaching our children that these kind of subjects, whether they're religious subject or what i call antireligious subjects what is bringing them up for. what is the purpose of it? >> i think when the board found out that the legitimate sites were being blocked. they did the right thing. they followed the rule law and unblocked them. >> in a statement to the school board are an attorney with the aclu says it does not permit censorship of information that demonstrates respect for lesbian or gay individuals even by schools. no land lovers allowed. that mightableas well be the sln or the biggest attraction at the inner harbor. high-speed cruises are underway taking passengers to a quick trip to the key bridge and back at speeds reaching 30 knots and more. joel d smith is with the crew of the speed dog. >> hampshire, not around here, the low pressure center nevertheless will be bringing us windy conditions. down to the south also missing us, showers, rainshowers moving off the north carolina coast. so as we sit in between, we enjoy mostly clear skies around here. take a look at where we start. 42 degrees with clear skies a west wind at 9 nile 9 miles per, the barometer is on the rise. 42 degrees the temperature in baltimore, 43 in d.c., 37? salisbury, and 42 in hagerstown and look at that 38 in oakland. we will see the temperatures climb into the 60s today but we will still be below average. frosfrost advisory for the nortn counties it looks like may have been curtailed. we will take a look. it was expected that it would last until 9:00 a.m. but it may have been canceled. you see in allegheny county a freeze warning there. the cooler air does continue to move. it will be cooler than average with the low pressure center to the northeast of us and the cool air continues to build. and look for the temperatures to climb into the 80s by this weekend, though as we get more warm air on the backside of high pressure that will be building in from the west a little bit later into the week. 62 degrees for today's high, though, the earn shore with mostly clear skies and a 15-25-mile-an-hour wind gusting to 35. central part of the state getting up to 64 degrees with mostly clear skies and a 10-20-mile-an-hour wind gusting to 30. we will get breezier and even, i guess we can all that windy when it gusts up to 30. 60 degrees for the western part of maryland with mainly clear skies and tonight another chilly night. 42 degrees under clear skies, a northwest wind at 10-20 miles per hour. a breezy night then, another chilly one, 30 degrees for tomorrow's high temperatures, certainly better than we have seen in the last couple of days as the temperatures begin to warm up with lots of sunshine. mostly sunny and 79 degrees for the friday. how about 85 for saturday, partly on the roadways and we wish we could keep it that way. we are checking on the actual speeds right now you can see 62 miles per hour on the jfx traveling through baltimore. it's 63 miles per hour on 95 right at 395. we do want to check in on 95 moving through the jup joppa rod region. can you see the traffic is flowing freely northbound and southbound lanes and in fact that continues all the way down toward the beltway as well. now once you're on the beltway traveling through baltimore county, let's check in at harford road for you this morning. the lanes are indeed wide open, and outer loop lanes down toward 83. on the flip side of 83, traveling through pikesville, we're in the green with a quiet ride there from greenspring avenue all the way down toward 795. once you go around the bend, right at liberty road showing you that area, it's going to be the case as well there. no brake lights as of yet, inner, outer loop lanes down toward the triple bridges. that's a look at the morning that is the question many hope will be answered at tonight's public hearing. it's scheduled for 5:00 p.m. inside city hall. megan gilliland, fox 45 morning news. one man is dead after a shooting in north baltimore. police were called to the 500 block of chateau avenue around 7:00 last night. they found the body of a man who had been shot in the back several times. he was pronounced dead at good samaritan. so far there's to word on a suspect. maryland files charges against a nursing school suspected of promising bogus degrees. after a year-long investigation the attorney general's office wants to shutdown associated national medical academy. the school promises students quick degrees and it's cost some of those students, hundreds, even thousands of dollars. >> it's really stealing people's money. it's nothing more nothing less. they're paying 6 to $8,000 per person. not only are they stealing their money, they're stealing their time. it's a bogus association. has got a fancy name and it sounds good but it doesn't get you closer to becoming a nurse. >> the associated national academy is still open but the attorney general doug gensler says it won't be once the court order is issued to shut it down for good. they are looking for anyone who may have paid school money to attend those classes. council president jack young has been cleared of allegations regarding homes he owns in the city. questions recently surfaced on his name being on the deed to a house owned by his sister that was bought with federal aid. an investigation by the city solicitor says there was nothing wrong with young adding his name to the deed. the investigation did reveal that the sister was liable for $12,000 because she didn't live in the home for 10 years as stipulated by the loan. council president young wrote a check to the city housing department for that outstanding balance yesterday. a baltimore school police officer stopped gang members from assaulting a student but now he could be fired. he is a 7 year veteran of the force and works with a basketball coach as carver high school. last november he intervened when several gang members threatened one of his players. when news of the confrontation got back to his boss, chief to by goodwin was reprimanded for not having authorization for having a second job. boatwright said he did. >> i didn't do anything wrong. i protected children and i will protect children again. >> boatwright says this is goodwin's second attempt to have him fired. he thinks that the attempts against him are personal. back in 2006 he faced termination for the taser arrest of a construction worker. for now he is suspended with pay pending an upcoming hearing. the inner harbor could be the fastest. high-speed cruises are underway for the folks to view the history east city but also feel speed on the open water. joel d smith is live at the pier with the speed dog. >> reporter: a unique new way for the people to see sites from the water. we are hear to talk to the captain this morning. the sun is up and you guys are about ready to go? >> he has to focus on three specific narrow stains, keep the theme, ask the question, are you better off now than you were four years ago just like ronald reagan did? also, state the fact that the governor balanced the budget and increased medicate expansion on the back of state employees and also you have to state very clearly what you're going to do as governor and make it clear how you're going to be different the second time around. because people have already seen this movie. >> and what about o'malley, what does he have to do? >> two things, basically, if you allow face book to share your information, it's what you put on your page, that means names, name lists, and friends and likes. all of the 3rd party websites will get access to that information. if you want to opt out go to the privacy settings and click on the application and website area. there should be a link to allow you to opt out of this scenario. so clearly you have to do some digging in those privacy settings to get out of this program. double check your settings. it's something everyone should do from time to time, patrice. although i wonder how many people know that this is going to and that they should go and change their privacy settings. >> reporter: yeah, it's a big thing for senators here saying that facebook should probable -- tell the users when in fact these new policies are taking place and when they're accounts are changing. so that is another big issue. they're calling on the ftc to perhaps look into stricter guide lines when it comes to social networking. >> sandra endo reporting live in washington, thank you. coming up in the 7:00 hour, the orioles on a winning streak? thank you, steve. well, we haven't had many accidents to talk about so we have been checking in on the volume for you. here it is on 95 at the fort mchenry tunnel and there's really not much to disturb the drive. southbound lanes or northbound stretch all the way up toward that beltway. as for the beltway so far so good. from 95 up toward 83, 12 minutes at 48 miles per hour. and then from 83 up toward 795, just a 9 minute clip at 50 miles per hour. and then you go around the bend and it' it's a slow go from 795 toward 95, 17 minutes, 37 miles per hour. so this is the area where we are starting to see the reduced speeds. that is a look at your morning travels. patrice, back over to you. 7:03 on fox 45 morning news. baltimore city councilmembers will hold a public hearing tonight on verizon's decision to leave fio sings out of the city. councilmembers say it's unfair and now they're demanding answers from the internet company. megan gilliland joins us with more. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. baltimore is the only major jurisdiction in maryland that does not have fiber optics and city leaders want to though why. the where is more fios campaign is asking verizon to treat baltimore city the same way as the surrounding area. verizon has deployed high-speed broad band internet to montgomery county, pg, baltimore, anne arundel howard and charles county as well as cities along the mid-atlantic seaboard but not in baltimore city. city council smeb councilmembert verizon's decision to leave baltimore off the fios map will hurt of the community business and the communities here. >> unfortunately we have a long history here in baltimore of this sort of treatment by big corporations whether it's banks, insurance companies, auto insurance, there seems to be this prejudice that exists out there against baltimore. >> reporter: verizon recently said it had no plans to expand f oirksfios service to any new ma. tonight we will see if they'risticking to that plan. the public hearing is at 5:00 p.m. in city hall. police were called to the 500 block of chateau avenue at 7:00 last night. they found the body of a man who had been shot in the back several times. he was pronounced dead at good samaritan. so far there's no word on a suspect. a small plane flying out of frederick trashes in -- crashes in eastern kentucky. rescuers had to use atvs to reach the plane in a heavily forested area. emergency crews believe two people were on board at the time although it is not known yet if anyone survived the coast guard releases the distress call it received saturday ta triggered an 8 hour search effort. >> i can't get them, we're taking on water. there's some leaking in the bottom of the hull. >> the call says that three children and one adult were on board a boat in middle river and the boat was taking on water. >> it's leaking pretty bad. i don't know what happened. oh my god, there's a lot of water coming in. i don't know how long we are going to be. >> the coast guard dispatched several helicopters, boat and rescue crews but turned up nothing. no witnesses in the area ever recall seeing a boat. the coast guard has called off the search but the case remains open. if it turns out to be a hoax, the person who made the call faces six years in jail, and a quarter of a million fine. students should be able to view websites about gays and lesbians on school computers. parents aren't happy with the decision and have started a petition and contacted lawmakers to get involved. an attorney with the aclu sites the first amendment saying it does not permit censorship of information that demonstrates respect for lesbian or gay individuals even by schools. moving maryland guard. forward, that is the slogan behind governor o'malley's re-election campaign. he kicked off the official bid yesterday and some say kicked off what is expected to be one the closest and dirtiest elections of all time against his opponent governor ehrlich. that bring us to the question of the day. will this be the dirtiest election of all time? we're not that cold, but we definitely are cold enough to consider the chance of some freezing conditions out to the west allegheny county in fact, under a freeze warning until 9:00 a.m. and the other parts of the state to the north were under a frost advisory but no longer. some rainshowers, though toward north carolina of the between the two systems and we are dry looking pretty good today with a lost sunshine on the way thanks to high pressure. that's what you see here at the inner harbor. a lot of shown with 42 degrees the starting temperature. it's chilly starting out on the day even though we got the sun out there. the barometer rising 26 is the dew point temperature so that is an indication it's pretty dry. from degrees in baltimore, 44 in d.c. and 38 in salisbury. 40 degrees in hagerstown. look at that 28 staring at oakland and 38 in wilmington, delaware. let's check out what we have, a frost advisory to the north no longer, i should take that out actually because it has expired earlier than expected. it was supposed to go until 9:00 a.m. some improvement but over to the west at allegheny county as i mentioned freeze warning continue until 9:00 a.m. meanwhile we do have the cool air, it will be a cooler than average day with low pressure well off to the north and east. still breezy with the jet stream to the south. temperatures do begin as you saw to the 30s and 40s but will climb into thes 60s t will be a windy afternoon as we sit between the high and low once again today. winds begin to diminish some tomorrow but more as we get toward the weekend. when on the backside of that high pressure center we get the warm air filtering in. we can look forward to 80s then, how does that sound compared to 62 today? going to put that money in a 3rd party escrow account. when that money builds up. let's say i owe 10,000 in a one credit card. when it builds up the debt settlement company will negotiate and try to get it down to 6 or $7,000? the meantime the creditors aren't being paid. the settlement company is paying your money for their work and you get no results? >> that's the biggest. here is the biggest dangers. in fact, if you're directed not to pay your creditors. so your credit rating starts going down. it's not going to stop them making the harassing calls. it's not going to stop them from suing you. that again continues to be the complaint. is this action continues even though you're paying into this one amount. okay, so quickly what should people be aware. if they need to pay down their debts do that i stay down away from these companies or is there legitimate way to deal. >> debt settlement companies is an alternative to bankruptcy. there's individuals who cannot file or do not want to file bankruptcy so this is an option of the start on the on the other hand with credit counseling, a debt management program, negotiate with your creditors. don't stop talking to your creditors. >> yeah. >> try to do it yourself and really go cautiously. you need to know the consequences of these debt settlement companies. >> that is incredible. you're in a worst position than when you started. morning. and the 42 is the temperature but it's only 42 i 44 in d.c. a lost surrounding suburbs in the 30s. look at 28 degrees in oakland closer to where we have seen more in the way of the frost. not seeing it right now. we had a frost advisory this morning. it was actually canceled earlier because the wind is picking up a little bit prevented the frost from developing but freezing conditions out toward allegheny county continues until 9:00 a.m. that is when we have the freeze warning continue until. meanwhile we're looking at the cool air moving in here as the jet streams to the south now. the low pressure center up knot north part of new england and the high pressure provides us with the wind that will be a factor o. yesterday breezy and today more of the same of the the wind diminish. we get a southerly flow with the warm front pushing through. here comes the warmth. are you ready? take a look at this. first of all today of the warmth is not here yet. 62 degrees in the eastern shore building anticipation. mostly clear skies, 16 to 25-mile-an-hour winds gusting to 35. the central part of the state getting up to 64 degrees which will come around 2:00 this afternoon and mostly clear skies then, 10-20-mil-mile-an-hour wis gusting to 30. 60 degrees with mostly clear skies and a 15-25-mile-an-hour winds. we will be breezy and cool even though we will see plenty of sunshine. clear skies and overnight temperatures. a chilly night with a northwest wind. but then tomorrow, 70 degrees for the high. so looking a little bit better then and lots of sunshine, too. if that is not warm enough, 79 degrees on friday, mostly clear skies, we will just continue to see the temperatures warm up. look at 85 for saturday. 80s for sunday and we did mention that there could be a couple of thunderstorms popping up on sunday or monday. 74, partly cloudy on your tuesday. that's a look at the weather. let's see what is happening on the roads with candace dold. >> reporter: thank you, steve. as we are in the middle of morning rush, we want to check on the actual speeds for you. some of these numbers you're going to like out there. right now on the beltway at an unusual 53 miles per hour on the beltway traveling right at security boulevard. then it dips down a bit, though, 39 miles per hour through catonsville. we do want to talk about what is happening as far as accidents. there's one in harford county in edgewood in fact. it's across from the mccan street at tremble road. there's a lot of equipment that is on the scene. we will continue to keep you up-to-date as soon as we get more information into our newsroom. as far as 95 traveling through the area, let's check it out at route 24. take a look at that. very light activity on the northbound, and the southbound lanes. if you leave for work at your normal time, you may get there a few minutes early today. 95 starts to burch up traveling through whitemarsh heading toward the beltway. once on the beltway let's check it out at harford road. the outer loop lanes it's a cluster of cars, pretty much the usual deal. we don't have any usual incidents heading toward the 83. on the 83 just above the beltway checking in around that for you. here it is the cars are traveling at top. southbound lanes and northbound stretch as well. that's a look at the morning travels, patrice, back over to you. thank you, chilly start to the this morning and it will be again tomorrow morning but in between temperatures will warm up to the 60s today. it won't be too, too bad but still schooler than average. we will start to see moderating temperatures and warming up nicely for the weekend. 43 in hagerstown, salisbury at 47. clear skies at sky watch hd radar. you can have to get the high pressure building in. it will bring us a pretty day for today. it will be breezy, windy, northwest wind at 15-20 miles per hour and at times gusting higher than that. it will be a chilly night as we drop to 42 degrees. once again cold one with a 10-20-mile-an-hour wind out of the northwest. we will talk about warming temperatures. i think you will like that and the full forecast in a few minutes. right now let's see if you like the news with regard to the commute. here is candace dold with the traffic edge. >> reporter: thank you, steve. it's not been a bad morning on many of the main lines. we're checking at the beltway at key bridge. take a look at this. it's wide open there in both directions. now it does slow down moving from 95 up toward 83. we are looking at a heavy ride right there. lengthy delays 25 mines at 24 miles per hour. then we're in the green from 83 up toward 795, 10 minutes at 42 miles per hour. well, from 795 down toward 95, we do have a lot of congestion. so 18 minutes right now 35 miles per hour. that's a look at your morning travels, patrice and megan, back over to you. thank you, candace. baltimore city councilmembers will hold a public hearing tonight on verizon's decision to leave fios out of the city. baltimore is the only major jurisdiction in maryland that does not have fiber optics. some city councilmembers say it puts baltimore at a disadvantage and could create a digital divide. >> unfortunately we have a long history here in baltimore of this sort of treatment by big corporations whether it's banks, or insurance companies, auto insurance. there seems to be this prejudice that exists out there against baltimore. verizon recently said it has no plans to expand that service into any new markets. tonight we will see if they'risticking tthey'restickin. the public hearing is set 7:00 p.m. at city hall. police were called to the 500 block of chateau avenue around 7:00 last night. they found the body of a man who had been shoul shot in the back several times. he was pronounced dead at good samaritan. so far there's no word on a suspect. a firefighter is injured battling a blaze in anne arundel county. the fire broke outlast night in the home of a 100 block of old sullivan's island road in lothian. the firefighter suffered minor injuries and was taken to anne arundel general hospital. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. a small plane flying out of frederick crashes in eastern kentucky. rescuers had to use atvs to reach the plane in a heavily forested area there. investigators say the hawker beach craft was headed for mississippi when it went down yesterday afternoon. emergency crews believe two people were on board at the time but at this point it is unclear if anyone survived. access to the internet is stirring up controversy in harford county. the school board there decided students should be able to view websites about gays and lesbians on school computers. the change in policy was made after the aclu challenge the school saying the internet filters blocking the sites were illegal. but some parents aren't happy with the change and have started a petition and contacted lawmakers to get involved. >> it boggles my mind as to what the curriculum we're teaching our children that these kinds of subjects whether they religious subjects or antireligious subjects what they're bringing up for. what is the purpose of it? >> i think when the board found out that the legitimate sites were being blocked. they did the right thing. they followed the rule of law and unblocked them. >> in a statement to the school board an attorney with the aclu sited first a amendment significant that it does not provide for the -- even by schools. no land lovers allowed. that might as well be the slogan for the newest attraction at the inner harbor. high-speed cruises are under a taking passengers on a quick trip to the key bridge and back at speeds reaching more than 30 knots. joel d smith is live with the conditions out there and we haven't been talking about many accidents just focusing in on the volume. here is 95 traveling at whitemarsh boulevard. you can see the cars are cruising along, northbound and southbound lanes and that continues traveling through baltimore. the southbound stretch from the phophotfort mchenry tunnel 8 mis per hour. 95 toward 83, 21 minutes at 28 miles per hour. and now at 48 miles per mower wit-- hour,from 795 toward 95, e continues to increase there. 17 minutes, 36 miles per hour. that is a look at your morning travels, patrice and megan, back over to you. here is a look iewrt top --p stories. council president jack young has been cleared of allegations of several homes he owned in the city. an investigation found there was nothing wrong with young adding his of our forecast. all right. patrice and megan, we're looking at a pretty day today with a lot of sunshine. looking at temperatures that will be on the cool side however, and they were chilly this morning with temperatures in the 30s and 40s and even in the 28 out in the western part of the state, but certainly not cold like it is up in new england where there's snow falling in vermont and new hampshire. even northern new york still seeing a few flakes up there. not for us down to the south we watched as rainshowers move off earlier. but now dry conditions for our area and that the way things str the next several days. 45 degrees with a lot of sunshine. not warming us up a whole lot trying to do it. a west wind at 30 miles per hour. 33% relative humidity and the barometer rising at 29.74. 49 degrees is the temperature right now in baltimore. dc is at 46. earlier in the 30s there and nice come back. oakland drug struggling to get out of the 20s earlier. no frost advisory. i wanted you to know how cold it was. we had a frost out to the west but the best chance of seeing any frost and a freeze warning continue for a little bit longer, 20 minutes, it expires at 9:00. allegheny county under that freeze frost warning. the jet stream well to the south allowing for that and low pressure driving that cold air out of our way. the winds are still a factor today as high pressure builds in behind. but as the high moves closer to us, it will help us diminish the wind and it will help the west side southerly flow of air with the warm front bringing us milder temperatures and warm more hot temperatures for weectd weekend in fact. 62 degrees for the high temperature on the eastern shore but gusting as high as 35. definitely a windy one at the eastern shore. the central part of the state getting up to 55 degrees, a 10-20-mile-an-hour wind gusting to 30. further points west, cooler, 60 degrees for the high with a bit of sunshine and a few clouds. northwest wind at 10-15 miles per hour. tonight a chilly night, 42 degrees with a 10-20-mile-an-hour wind out west northwest. as we move through the day we will see the 64 near 2:00 this afternoon, and by the way if you're going to the game tonight at camden yards when the orioles take on the yankees, looking to get their second win. 59 degrees for the starting temperature the first pitch temperature at 7:05. cool and clear and breezy as well with a wind and the second win in a row with the yankees but the 3rd in a row we would see. that would be nice. 79 on friday and mostly clear skies then and 85 once you get past all of that and you hop on to the beltway, let's check in moving through pikeville, here it is at greenspring avenue, and you can see all of the lanes are clogged in fact from greenspring and all the way up toward the jfx. as for the outer loop lanes, that is smooth sailing, toward 795. still around the bend and right near liberty road checking in ashed that region. a good
