warning with cooler weather. as we take a look at your extended forecast take a look at the changes. with 60s for the coast we will continue to seek temperatures above the seasonable average for early next week. >> no hot spots so let's just check with the hotspots. as we approach the toll plaza. no problems, no delays and also on the san mateo bridge right now. it is easy from here word to foster city. we will finish it off with the golden gate bridge. and just one car. >> we are now in the fourth day of the bart strike. bart and union representatives met at the bargaining table again yesterday, but left without any deal. as they left for the night, they were very tight-lipped about what was discussed, or how close they are to an agreement. we are learning this morning that even if a deal is reached, it will take about 18 hours to get bart back up and running again. kron 4's charles clifford has the latest now in the negotiations. >> reporter: these wrapped up around 11:00 p.m. failing to reach an agreement. after nine hours, the union leaders apparently were no closer to reaching a deal from the strike. there were very tight-lipped about the negotiations but it is going to resume at 11:00 a.m. >> we have no comment we are working very hard with the meteor and we will be back very early and will wish you a good night and we are sorry that you are here. we are not able to answer any questions. >> charles clifford, kron 4 news. >> there are going to be a number of big fireworks celebrations around the bay area for the 4th of july holiday. when it comes to getting to san francisco for the show, it might be a bit complicated without bart. here's a look at yourthere are four main options when it comes to getting to the city today. driving might be the easiest, although parking costly in some areas. best option. they are operating on a added 8 additional buses to the transbay lines. this means they will arrive every 15 minutes, running late into the night well after the fireworks show. bart will have. charter buses from 6 to 8 in the morning and 4 to 6 in the afternoon. just three buses will be running from 5 locations in the east bay. and your last option is the ferry services. boats will be running all day from three different locations in the east bay. but after the fireworks show, there will only be four ferry's providing return service. on thursday night, the biggest toby at pier 39 and 1/4 airpark. the biggest- could be at. 39 and the berkeley marina. and at the san francisco and in foster city, central park. and the dave brubeck park. several other locations and most are starting at 9:15, 9:20. fireworks preparations underway at the municipal pier at aquatic park. that's one of two locations for the fireworks launch. the other location is a barge off pier 39. you're looking the mortar tubes which will hold the individual pyro- technics. they vary in size, and yesterday crews were assembling the containers for the tubes to get the best effect possible. as in years past, the shells will be set off electronically and the bursts of color will be choreographed to music. in all, some 8-to 10- thousand fireworks will fill the sky in just a tip led them to an apartment used by former n- f-l player accused of murder. the unit is about 11-miles from the home where officers recently arrested the 23-year-old aaron hernandez. searches of
