the president is really facing grueling crises, abroad in afghanistan, as well as crises here, with the delta variant is surging and igniting covid hotspots. i also think that the thing underlying this is -- you see a president, and president, biden who wanted to mark these really important dates, the first july 4th, let's celebrate the normalizing of our lives, let's celebrate our independence from the virus even though it's still a problem. and then he also had august 31st, let's celebrate the idea that we're got finally gone from afghanistan. whatever we've seen in the last few weeks here, we've seen both of those states blown up. we've seen the july 4th was just a foreshadowing of the fact that there are so many other challenges when it comes to this pandemic, and so many other things that we don't know. many messaging issues that the white house is gonna have to deal with. out in afghanistan, there are so many people now, they are looking at more young, talented, u.s. troops are going to have to go back into the middle east
