any increase in obamacare premiums is the fault of democrats. >> and the administration is reportedly livid after a federal judge blocked the administration's latest travel ban. the order would have taken effect this morning. hawaii challenged the ban, claiming it discriminated against muslims. judge derrick watson wrote that it didn't prove allowing immigrants from the six affected nations would harm the u.s. the white house says the measure undercuts efforts to keep the nation safe. and former white house press secretary sean spicer has been interviewed by robert mueller's staff. he is known for his extensive note taking during his time in the white house, but it's not known whether he handed over any of those notes. president trump's nominee for drug czar has withdrawn himself from consideration. the bill was passed by congress with unanimous consent and was signed into law by president obama on advice of his own dea administrator. the justice department may ask congress to repeal the law. california firefighters are battling new fires in the bay area as wine country flames ease a little bit. southeast of oakland, the flames prompted evacuation orders. and firefighters
