first brought up by president obama. >> and is it viable? >> i think so. the truth is that we've already done to some extent before. we had the gi bill that made college affordable for a whole generation of people and that was wildly kind of seen as a success. and in 11 states what people might not know, there are already some form of college affordability plan from kentucky to oregon where if you -- so long as you earn less than a certain threshold, you can probably go to community college pretty affordable. so i think the question is how do we do it. >> and the price of college, whether a community college, public college versus private, they have gone up astronomically. in looking at the numbers in the last decade alone, public colleges have gone up about 30%. private colleges up 25% in this decade. and why is that? >> three big reasons. i call them the three cs. cuts to higher education funding, cost of living, and construction. the biggest one by far is cost of education funding.

but overnight, the models acted astronomically. better than i've seen them act on this storm all together. the watches are now posted for the bahamas, but look at what's happening to the storm here. 105 miles per hour. moving to the northwest at 12. this is the spaghetti model. we call it that because there are so many lines. you could call it whatever you want. these are just all of the models plotted on top of each other. they are in good agreement for southern half of florida for landfall. even the gfs, the american model and the european model doing extremely the same this morning. somewhere around west palm for the american model. somewhere around west palm for the european model. i'm thinking this turns slightly farther to the right because it's going to slow down more quickly. but all of a sudden we have models in agreement because the noaa hurricane hunters went out there and did their job for us and put their lives on the line. sfl so that's reducing some of the uncertainty here which i think is good news here.

4 feet by feet long. does this show that this guy was hunting for women and he did have a plan? >> there's no doubt about it. if all of these facts are true. this is a very organized offender who was operating off of a variety of sadistic fantasies. this was not something that just all of a sudden happened because of an argument. he was out there with a criminal presence of mind organized hunting, looking for the ideal victim and that's what his thing was. and the internet provides an ideal opportunity for an offender like this to, you know, massively increase his ability to hunt for people it. takes him from having to put himself into a community in realtime and expands his universe of potential victims, you know, astronomically. we have one more minute. what are your thoughts about this case? >> i think it's a sad, tragic case. i think we need to focus the attention where it needs to
