Developmentally disabled woman. He is innocent of these charges. Reporter the former 49er was arrested at his home this morning in front of his children. This alleged rape happened a year ago. District attorney tells me it was after a lengthy investigation that stubblefield was arrested. According to documents the 45 yearold found his victim on a babysitting website. She went to his home to interview for a nanny position and thats when the alleged rape took place. Authorities say she went straight to the police where they conducted a rape kit and discovered stubblefields dna. His lawyer says the sex was consensual. The accusations are far from true. She then texted him on more than 20 occasions asking for money. This case has nothing to do with rape and everything to do with money. Reporter stubblefield faces a slew of charges including rate by force, oral copulation by force, and felony imprisonment. If convicted he could face a lengthy sentence.
