debit card fraud in the days following petito's disappearance. todd: a full-scale manhunt is set to resume. >> the hunt for 23-year-old brian laundrie is no longer a missing person's case. it is now, matter. the fbi denver office announcing a federal arrest warrant for the 23-year-old after a grand jury indicted him for, quote, use of an arrest access to devices following the disappearance and death of his 22-year-old girlfriend gabby petito. alleges brian laundrie fraudulently used the debit card to obtain items valuing $1,000 or more. multiple states including wyoming where petito's remains were discovered a week ago. the laundrie family should a statement saying, quote, it is my understanding the arrest warrant for brian laundrie is

>> neil: this issue of debit card fraud at a key time. no indication whose card that was. what do you make of that? >> well, that's ha they have now. they have a bonified case with that right now. that's what they are focussing on. they will take that and use it to get him into dust key. his lawyer won't say anything. the forensic evidence can tie in. the parents are key. i think everybody should agree on that if they did aid and abet him in his escape and furnish him with the means to avoid the police at this point. the next few days are crucial. i think pressure should be put on the parents if they helped him with this.
jury just enough to get this arrest warrant and as they continue they will continue to feed that grand jury information and i suspect the charges will be upgraded moving forward. just to clarify here for our audience. laundrie has not been charged or names a suspect in petito's death. what needs to happen before someone is names a suspect. they have a grand jury indictment which relates to the whole issue of the debit card fraud. they didn't go into the grand jury seeking that. they went into the grand jury seeking information and it's sufficient to elevate the charges to first-degree murder if that's what they conclude. they are also doing a vul vetting of everything. they will be giving the grand jury that information and
