Facebook Inc on Friday suspended former U.S. President Donald Trump until at least January 2023 and announced changes to how it will treat world leaders who break the rules on its site.
Facebook had suspended Trump’s account the day after the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol Hill riot, determining he had incited violence. That suspension will last at least two years from the date of the initial block and would only be lifted if the risk to public safety has receded, Facebook said on Friday.

But Donald Trump will be coming back to Facebook.
If, that is, he wants.
And in, that would be, two years.
Maybe.
Reuters reports that Facebook Inc. came to a decision Friday concerning the former president’s account.
As you’re surely aware, after January 6th’s chaos at the Capitol, the social media site enacted a suspension.
It was part of a supreme silencing.
On the 7th, the President’s Twitch account was disabled.
So was his Instagram.
The same day, chatroom and instant-messaging app Discord banned a server called TheDonald.win.
In a related story, Amazon removed Parler from its cloud hosting service while Apple dumped it from its app store.
