“We must all speed up.” That was the word today from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, commenting on Canada’s vaccination rollout. He said the provinces have been “very clear” that they feel vaccination is “something that they’re able to handle on their own.” But if they need help, it is there for the taking   a message he planned to relay to Ontario Premier Doug Ford, whose government’s pace of administering COVID shots has fallen behind Ottawa’s rate of delivery, when they spoke this afternoon. ....
