we've seen a signal of this in georgia, and i know you're gonna talk about that on your show in a moment, but this idea that there is kind of an absolute immunity, and trump has been floating this on social media, that as president, he can basically do what he wants. a kind of old nixon, robert frost line. that's what trump is claiming he's going to try and take that up immediately on appeal. it is a sure loser, if they're no other reason that every jurist in this country knows, no matter what your politics were before you joined the bench, are gonna want to give a sitting president the power to undo an election and to install your own fix slate of electors. it might give joe biden come mullah harvest the part to do that next. year that's literally crazy, and that is what trump's argument is. that's what he's hope is, to try to file some immediate appeal that is going to slow down the march state. but i don't see that working, lawrence. i think right now we are looking at the march state.
