[아이뉴스24 유지희 기자] 주한 벨기에 대사의 중국계 부인 A씨가 옷가게 직원 폭행에 이어 또 다시 폭행 사건을 벌인 가운데 일부 중국 네티즌들이 A씨의 출신지가 한국이라고 주장하고 있다.
6일 한 누리꾼이 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 중국 온라인 상황이라며 A씨가 '한국계'라고 주장하는 댓글들이 올라온 중국 포털사이트 웨이보의 댓글들을 캡처해 올렸다.
이 누리꾼에 따르면 웨이보에 A씨가 최근 서울 용산구 한남동 공원에서 용산구청 소속 환경미화원과 몸싸움을 벌였다는 국내 기사가 다수 소개됐다. 해당 기사들에서 일부 중국 네티즌들은 "저 부인 분명 한국 사람이겠지" "대사 부인 분명 한국계" "한국인이 한국인 때린 것"이라는 댓글을 달았다.
그러나 A씨는 과거 언론 인터뷰에서 자신을 중국 태생이라고 밝힌 바 있다.

앞서 지난 5일 경찰 등에 따르면 A씨는 같은 날 오전 9시25분께 한남동 독서당공원에서 환경미화원 B(65)씨의 빗자루가 몸에 닿은 것을 발단으로 시비가 붙어 서로를 폭행한 것으로 알려졌다.
B씨의 신고로 경찰이 현장에 출동했으나 양측 모두 처벌을 원하지 않아 사건은 형사 입건되지 않고 종결됐다. 다만 B씨는 다시 한남파출소를 찾아 'A씨로부터 뺨을 맞았다'며 고소 관련 상담을 받은 것으로 전해졌다.
A씨는 당시 미화원과 서로 언성을 높이고 밀치는 과정에서 넘어져 순천향병원으로 이송됐다.
한편 A씨는 지난 4월 서울 용산구의 한 옷가게에서 직원의 뒤통수를 때리고 이를 말리던 다른 직원의 뺨을 때린 혐의로 입건돼 경찰 조사를 받았다.
지난달 경찰은 피해자의 처벌불원 의사, 외교관과 그 가족에게 적용되는 면책특권 등을 고려해 A씨에 대해 공소권 없음으로 불송치 결정을 내렸다.
논란이 커지자 벨기에 외무부는 레스쿠이에 대사 임기를 올해 여름 종료하고 A씨와 함께 귀국 조치하기로 한 것으로 알려졌다.
