노원구, 체감형 스마트 통합플랫폼 완성 태양광 이용한 스마트벤치서 휴대폰 충전환경 따라 자동 개폐되는 스마트그늘막 설치앱으로는 코로나 검사 대기 현황 실시간 파악 입력 : 2021-07-28 11:00:58 ㅣ 수정 : 2021-07-28 11:01:11 [뉴스토마토 윤민영 기자] 서울 노원구(구청장 오승록)가 주민들이 길을 걷다가도 경험할 수 있는 구민체감형 스마트도시 통합플랫폼 구축을 완료했다고 28일 밝혔다.
스마트시티 통합플랫폼 구축 사업은 방범, 교통, 환경 등 각종 정보를 통합운영센터와 연계해 관리·운영함으로써 정보의 활용도를 높이고 도시 안전망을 구축하는 사업이다. 구는 2020년 국토교통부 ‘스마트시티 통합플랫폼 기반구축 사업’에 공모·선정돼 국비 6억을 지원받았다. 여기에 구비를 더해 총 11억9000만원의 예산을 투입하고 지난 11월부터 사업을 추진해왔다.
구는 스마트 미디어게시판을 다중이용 장소인 버스정류장, 공원, 산책로 등 8곳에 설치했다. 다양한 미디어 영상을 통해 구정 소식 및 행사를 확인할 수 있으며 장애인 실종 등 사회적 약자 위급 상황 발생 시에는 긴급 상황 안내가 표출된다.
친환경 에너지인 태양광을 이용한 스마트벤치와 그늘막도 설치했다. 불암산 힐링타운, 경춘선 숲길 등 주요 산책로 11곳에 설치한 스마트벤치는 벤치 양쪽에 무선 및 USB 핸드폰 충천 기능이 있다. 야간에 작동하는 조명 기능은 분위기 연출뿐 아니라 안전한 환경 조성에도 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
스마트그늘막은 일몰과 일출, 온도와 바람세기를 감지해 자동으로 개폐가 된다. 일몰 후에는 LED조명이 자동으로 점등돼 운전자로부터 보행자를 보호할 수도 있다. 현재 연지초등학교 등 2곳에 설치돼 있으며 올해 안으로 총 6곳으로 확대할 계획이다.
주민들이 긴급 생활정보를 파악할 수 있도록 GIS 기반의 ‘노원스마트시티’ 앱 서비스도 제공한다. 관내 설치된 2332대의 CCTV, 전기차 및 전동휠체어 충전소, 제세동기 및 벤치와 그늘막 등의 위치를 앱을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
최근에는 임시선별진료의 코로나 검사 대기 현황을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 한 스카이뷰 서비스도 제공하고 있다. 노원스마트시티는 누구나 앱스토어에서 간편히 다운로드 해 이용할 수 있다.
범죄 및 안전사고 예방 및 대응을 위한 스마트도시 안전망 서비스 연계 구축에도 힘을 기울였다. 서울시, 경찰서, 소방서 등과 연계망을 구축해 112·119 긴급출동, 재난상황 긴급대응, 전자발찌 범죄피해 예방, 민간보안-공공안전 연계, 여성안심귀가, 수배차량 검색 등을 지원한다. 위기 상황 발생 시 구청 통합관제센터의 CCTV영상을 실시간으로 공유 및 제공하여 골든타임 확보하고 신속한 조치가 이루어질 수 있도록 적극 협력한다.
오승록 구청장은 “스마트시티 조성은 결국 다양한 데이터와 최신 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용해 주민들이 생활 속에서 불편함을 느끼지 않도록 질 높은 서비스를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다”면서 “다양하고 유용한 도시 행정서비스를 누구나 안전하게 누릴 수 있도록 앞으로도 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
