we obviously just played a little bit from that manhattan hearing. but while there's so much partisan sniping, things have to get done and that debt ceiling, that deadline is rapidly approaching. give us a real sense here as we try to push aside the theterics, how is this going to get done and when >> yeah, anybody who tells you they know how this is going to get done and when at that point is lying to you because both sides on this issue are so entrenched we are getting to the brink here we're at the point where the top republican in congress and the top democrat in congress, of course that being kevin mccarthy and chuck schumer, have both said now they see default as a very real possibility if each of the other side maintains the current position that they have. and neither seems willing to back off of their position, and there are many folks on capitol hill right now who are contemplating what they'd call a break glass scenario whereby they can try to get around majorities in both parties to
