The home listing report is a report released annually by Coldwell Banker real estate, which is the most extensive report available in the industry, because it compares home prices across 2,700 different markets. On the most expensive side of the survey, what we found is that over half of the markets were located in the state of california, and the most expensive market in the survey this year was Newport Beach with an average listing price of a four bedroom, two bath home at 2. 3 million.
