was calling 9-1-1. a lot of people, and then they had the balance aambulance and helicopters come in. i hate seeing something like that. >> such a terrifying scene for the witnesses. two of the victims were flown by old. >> firefighters rescues other riders and the accident is now under investigation. there are new developments this morning in the fatal water slide accident in kansas city. officials say he died of a neck injury. >> it turns out the verruckt, the world's tallest water slide was never inspected by the state of kansas because regulations only cover mechanized rides. still, water park in riding in the front of the raft when the boy fell out. he was a registered nurse and raced to help. >> as i get closer and put my hand on the slide, the life guard says there's nothing you can do. >> reporter: earlier in the day he road that water slide with his cousin. she told him the velcro on one of the two seat belts came loose. >> her belt came undone. >> reporter: schwab was a fe freckled base baseball na born he brought joy to our family. the ride called verruckt, the german word for insane. standing at 16 168 feet high, and plummets 17 stories in seconds. riders mcmullin says both trump and hillary clinton aren't fit to be president. and he called trump a fraud and a conman. mcmullin says he's ready to fight. >> delta airlines is warning fliers to expect cancellations and delays. delta flights around the world for grounded for several hours after an e electrical failure knocked down computers. the issues affected thousands of passengers. the airline is now offering frustrated travelers cash and waivers. no california, a monster wildfire has scorched -- 5,000 homes under evacuation orders. it scorched more than 6,000 acres in the san bernardino mountains. hundreds of firefighters are battling the flames on the ground and in the air. the cause of the fire is under residents along florida's gulf coast are likely to see more of this. the drenching rainstorms continue for a second day. there will be heavy thunderstorms from the florida panhandle down to tampa with spotty storms extending up to the carolinas and across to florida's
