Abortion laws by state 2022: Where can you not have an abortion?

Wade will trigger in some states restrictions that effectively ban abortions. \n\nA “trigger law” is a law that will go into effect now that the court has struck down Roe. Many of these laws are near-full bans.\n\nA “pre-Roe ban” refers to a restrictive law put in place before Roe v. Wade made abortion legal nationwide.
