shutting down the government. >> there is standby vote in case to pass a stopgap bill to keep the government running for a few more days. >> nine democratic senators called the budget impasse on women's health. to make abortion and funding of planned parenthood an issue in the budget debate. >> what is this over? it is over women's health. the numbers have been agreed to but it's an opportunity for the right wing in the house to really sock it to women. i don't usually use this language but i really believe this is true. >> senator feinstein pointed out that federal funds cannot
