she may be, please contact prince george's county police. university of maryland student accuse of threatening to go on a shooting rampage on campus is expected to plea guilty today in court. alexandra tsong faces right charges. he posted a threat online in march claiming he's going to kill enough people to make it national news. police found no weapons in his dorm room or at his parents' home. they band him from campus after his arrest. mitt romney will be back on the campaign trail today. he took time off yesterday to do a little housecleaning, literally. he ransom errands near his lakefront home in new hampshire. he stopped by the hardware store, supermarket, drugstore. romney joked he was even planning on making dinner. he will begin a four-day, four-state bus tour on saturday in virginia. romney will visit manassas before heading to hampton roads in ashland. virginia governor bob mcdonnell plans to join him on the road. he will campaign on sunday in north carolina before heading to florida on monday and ohio on tuesday. president obama will stay close to home to raise money for his campaign today. he has a fund-raiser tonight at the w. hotel. romney and the republican national committee out-raised obama and the democrats by more than $25 million last month. it was the third straight month the president was out-raised. 6:03. emergency crews in prince george's county under fire for how long it takes them to respond to trouble. a county report found several stations failed to respond to a significant number of calls within one minute. county officials nowing looking at hiring more full-time emergency crews. they're also looking to recruit more volunteer firefighters. despite the numbers, county officials still feel they have one of the best response an emotional day for the dominican republic's felix sanchez. he won the gold medal for the men's 400 meter hurdles for the second time. he also won in athens in 2004. sanchez dedicated the race to the memory of his laid grandmother. she died four years ago, the day sanchez was running in the preliminary heat in beijing. yesterday sanchez ran with a photo of the two events in beneath his race bibb. he broke down, dropped to his knees and cried over the picture after he won. the medal ceremony was too much for him to take. he cried on top of the podium as well during the raising of the dominican republic's flag and the playing of the "national anthem." right there you can see him. the crowd gave him a standing ovation. it's hard not to feel the emotion there as he is just feeling the loss and the celebration of that moment. an emotional roller coaster to a win for u.s. women's soccer team has them moving on to defend their gold medal. plus, amid controversy for team usa. >> tracie potts is u.s. has won the gold in women's soccer. now, let's talk about the first athlete to be disqualified from these games as a result of a bad drug test. anything, judo contestant who, by the way, he was an athlete competing in judo and he did not win. he ended up seventh. however, his drug test came back showing traces of marijuana. he said before the games, before he came to london he ate a brownie who shot and killed six people at a sikh temp until wisconsin. police and fbi agents identified the gunman as wade michael page. the army kicked him out in the 1990s because of his drinking problem. police killed him in a shootout outside that temple in wisconsin. a civil rights group that tracks hate crimes reported the 40-year-old man was a frustrated neo-nazi who believed in the white supremacist movement. investigators say he played in two bands associated with skinheads. >> what they talk about whites as the most endangered species on the planet and, you know, as they get more and more kind of pepped up about this, people go out and start shooting. >> tonight members of the sikh community here will hold a vigil at the guawara center. today the man accused of a shooting rampage in tucson is expected to strike a plea deal. a court appointed psychiatrist will testify today that jarrod lee loughner is competent to enter a plea. he is accused in last year's shooting spree that killed six people and wounded 13 others, including congresswoman gabrielle giffords. at 6:16. we have new information about a dangerous refinery plant fire near oakland, california. that blaze started last night at a chevron plant you see here. at the height of the fire the flames sent thick, black, toxic smoke from two smokestacks into the air at that plant. officials asked people to stay inside their homes. now everybody is free to move around. chevron officials say one employee did suffer a minor injuries. investigators think a diesel leak in one of the units caused that fire. she had been the golden girl in the gym, but last nights the bar might have been a little too high. gabby douglas failed to medal after missing a hand stand which forced her to correct herself. she later said minor exhaustion and the excitement from the past week effected her performance. today gabby douglas could find some redemption. and fastest humans are back on traffic. danella sealock has a preview. gabby douglas has a chance to put a poor performance behind her today and add to an impressive gold medal hall. both she and women's team captain aly raisman will compete in the balanced beam today. raisman and jordyn wieber will also have a chance for an individual medal in the floor exercise. on the track, the game's most electrifying athlete will try to secure his chance for a second gold. usain bolt will run in the first round of heats for the 200 meter dash. bolt lost both that race and the 100 meter to countryman blake at the jamaican trials, but he says those losses helped motivate him in london. one of america's most popular and polarizing track stars will also be running today. lolo jones finished a disappointing seventh in beijing, and she had to overcome injury. but after winning her first round heat in the 100 meter hurdles, she will look to move past the semifinals today and into the finals later tonight. and finally, the u.s. is looking for a sweep at the beach. defending gold medalist misty may-treanor and her partner kerri walsh-jennings looks to move on to the gold medal match today, as will the second american team ross and kessy. if both teams win it it will set up the the first ever all-american gold medal final for the women. >> we should note that the u.s. only picked up one gold medal yesterday. women's pole vault was the event there. jen suhr vaulted 15 feet 7 inches to defeat cuba silvia. this is suhr's first gold medal. china back on top of the medal count, 64. the u.s. trails by one medal, 63 total including 29 gold. meanwhile, russia quickly climbing in the medal count. now that country has 42 medals. good news for american athletes who win medals in the london olympics. president obama says he supports legislation to wave federal taxes on their awards. olympians receive monetary awards from their accomplish ms from the u.s. olympic committee. a gold medal winner gets $25,000. silver gets $15,000. bronze will get you $10,000. u.s. athletes are also taxed on the value of the medals they win. the actual medal. if passed the legislation would apply to all prizes and awards won this year. today
