case does the prosecution now so this is the first of two criminal prosecutions that hunter biden will face over the next six months. >> this case is related to the participant gun or prosecutors alleged that he failed to disclose that he was an addict at the time he purchased it later on in the year. he's expected to face a separate criminal trial at tax charges. well, if these were supposed to be resolved with the plea deal, that imploded and it's interesting you hear from a hunter biden's defense attorneys, a lot of things in here from trump's defense attorneys and the ones that you know, play attorneys on tv arguing that this is election interference, that he would not be charged to this if his name, last name was not biden, we expect this could go several days, maybe even two weeks. it depends really how long it takes to seat a jury, because you can imagine the challenge and wilmington, delaware of finding people who have no connection, right? or no opinion in about the bidens is unclear what the outcome will be here, but there's a lot of tension between the special counsel and hunters defense lawyers. >> it will be nowhere near as as prominent as the trump trial, but a lot of similar themes. and how does this where
