living in hayward with the latest on this. what have you already had? >> we spoke with police. they tell us they are working around the clock on this case. they are not giving up hope. it's been 24 days since she has gone missing. she was last seen friday. she told her fellow nursing sides she was going reno. but during a break she left class and she never came back. police interviewed her family and friends and they gave no indication she was unhappy or depressed and it, out of character for her. police are telling us she is not answering her cell phone. there has been no credit card activities. detectives are telling me there are eerie similarities to the case after missing woman from fairfield, that woman fong lee was also in her 20s. she has the same last name.

she was also a nursing student. she also went missing and she had her car, a white honda, it was found in a parking lots. so all these similarities are making hayward police contacts that department, fairfield police to see if there is any sort of connection. in fairfield her body was found a couple weeks later and they are classifying that case as a homicide. not sure if there is any connection. but of course since michelle lee from hayward who has been missing for four days, they want to look into that. the family is offering a $20,000 award for information leading to her being found. martha: thank you so much. we hope they find her and this turns out to be not the case that the other case was. let's move on here for a moment back to this breaking news we have been talking about about the possible link between cell phones and cancer. we'll investigate what is in these studies.
