Now, it’s not often that you find a gem like this in the post-draft process, but undrafted free agents making rosters in the NFL is a lot more common than you’d expect.
Roughly 20% of 53-man rosters over the past decade have come from undrafted backgrounds, and even though the majority of those hardly make the cut in their first year, it doesn’t mean it can’t be done.

The Rams supplemented their nine-member 2021 draft class by signing 10 undrafted free agents on May 1. Here's a little bit more information about each of those 10 newcomers:
WR Landen Akers, Iowa State
Akers, 6-foot, 191 pounds, registered 38 receptions for 593 yards and one touchdown across 48 games in four seasons with the Cyclones and was an Academic All-Big 12 selection every year (Second Team 2017-19, First Team 2020).
S Paris Ford, Pittsburgh
The 6-1, 197-pound Ford produced 147 total tackles, six interceptions, 20 pass breakups and three forced fumbles while playing in 29 games (18 starts) across three seasons. Also named All-ACC twice (First Team in 2019, Second Team by Associated Press in 2020). "Hailed as the Panthers' most devastating hitter in at least two decades," according to his school bio.

2021 NFL Draft: Know your new Pittsburgh Steelers enemies after Day 3

This is another nice pick for the Browns. I had him mocked to the Steelers in Round 4. Hudson is a raw and athletic specimen that will need to improve his pass-protection skills. But he could be a future starter at LT once he grows into the role. Hudson will have time to gel at the next level.
Ryland B.: Hudson is an athletic, raw prospect at offensive tackle coming out of Cincinnati. It’s easy to see why people like him so much on tape, as he’s big, powerful, and a fluid athlete. He plays with good aggressiveness and drive, his mobility really shines on some reps. There are some pretty glaring issues though, as Hudson’s technique can be all over the place. Sometimes he plays too high, and he can sometimes reach too much instead of mirroring. He seems to be a bit grabby at times too. Hudson certainly has the potential to fix all of these issues and be a very good starter in the NFL, but don’t expect him to start day one.

Carolina doesn't necessarily need to add a quarterback but bringing in Jamie Newman would add competition for the backup spot to Sam Darnold. Newman has a pretty big arm.
RB Chuba Hubbard (Oklahoma State)
Hubbard is a day two talent but due to an ankle injury, it seems he has slid down the board quite a bit. The Panthers could use another dynamic back that can do a little bit of everything. He rushed for 2,094 yards and 21 touchdowns in 2019.

This is it. No more hmming and hawing about what each team might do. It’s time to make my final predictions for what I believe each team will do in the 2021 NFL Draft.
This is not a mock draft on what I would do; I want to be very clear on that. This is a compilation of what I’ve learned over the last few months, whether it be scouting prospects, listening to insiders, paying attention to the meetings that teams have had with prospects, and team needs.

The time has come for this writer’s one and only mock draft of 2021. Yes, mock drafts are a true test of 'too much of a good thing' this time of year as many fans are likely looking at another mock with the same feeling they'd have when looking at a third plate at Thanksgiving.
Still, since it is officially NFL draft week, the time has come to sit down and hash out a full seven-round mock draft for the Denver Broncos.
While draft simulators have gotten better over the years, I've always found them to be too buggy to truly trust the results and use them as a benchmark for creating 'realistic' mock drafts.
