>> our company is based in chicago, have a web base designation and we are closely aligned with the exchanges and the rollout. >> did you guys know the website was going to be such a stink bomb going in? >> in the summer indications were that based on tests we were seeing, this wasn't going to work as well as everyone hoped. and we had our fingers crossed like everybody else. >> it sounds like kathleen sebelius later today will blame the vendors, the people they hired to put it together. >> i hope lawmakers on the hill today ask her the tough questions and the deflection stops and she accepts responsibility for what has happened because it is her responsibility. >> a bunch of lawmakers are watching right now. what's a tough question to ask her?
