charges, including drug manufacturing, involuntary manslaughter, reckless arson and two counts of child endangerment. price was arrested friday evening, one day after the fatal explosion and fire in the sunset district. one woman, the suspect's wife, who neighbors say was disabled, did not make it out of the house. neighbors say the two children were not at home at the time. san francisco police say the arson task force continued processing the scene over the weekend to determine the cause of the blast. they are still sifting through all of the evidence and we are at this point have not confirmed the way this explosion may have occurred . task force removed large cylindrical tanks from the house after the fire resembling tanks used to refine cannabis products . we checked with the california department of cannabis control, which monitors cannabis manufacturing. a spokesman responded, saying quote there are no licensed cannabis operations, including manufacturing at this address, or in this neighborhood due to their typical disregard for safety regulations. illegal cannabis manufacturing can be extremely dangerous. the dcc encourages people to report unlicensed cannabis operations on our website. the state's cannabis control department website says all tips sent to their office can be made anonymously, san francisco police say so far they're still investigating the suspects past . we are not seeing any issues with that location from prior calls for service. we put in a request at the jail to see if mr price wanted to talk. the jail said that he investigators in santa clara county are trying to determine photos of the fire at a home on york avenue. this is just south of westmont high school. there was no word yet of any injuries with the fire cyclist was alameda, who was also riding her bike friday night on shafter avenue. she two reported being struck by the passenger door of a gray sedan. she ended up going to the er and needing stitches in her face. we've reached out to oakland and berkeley police this morning to see if they've had other incidents like this reported over the weekend. the east bay bike party group says that they've documented and shared on social media at least 14g last thursday, friday and over the weekend. in the meantime, they would like anyone who is driving in this area to be extra aware and cautious about
