>> emily: right now anti-israel protesters are blocking all lanes of the san francisco bay area bay bridge. this is what runs twoon oakland and san francisco. it follows the chaos unfolding last night in washington where anti-israel protest erupted. capitol police said 200 people sparred with the capitol police outside the dnc headquarter demanding a ceasefire in gaza before things turned violent. you see them acting out, pushing and shoving law enforcement. officers were trying to clear the area. hello, everyone, this is "outnumbered." i'm emily compagno, joining me fox business anchor dagen mcdowell, fox news contributor tammy bruce and former vice president of coin cassy, and veterans on duty jeremy hunt. we are learning at least six capitol police officers had to be treated for injuries after this encounter that you are seeing here. and one anti-israel protester arrested for assaulting an officer. capitol police releasing this statement. we have handled hundreds of peaceful protests, but last night was not peaceful. the crowd refused to move back from the dnc, where members of congress were in the building. when the group moved dumpsters in front of the exit, pepper sprayed officers and attempted to pick up the bike rack, our team quickly introduced consequences. the chaos sent capitol hill into lockdown. congresswoman was trapped inside her office with her husband and newborn baby. organizers of the anti-israel protest are insisting it was the officers who incited the violence and one is frustrated democratic leaders are not listening to their call. watch. >> the folks in that building and in democratic leadership are not listening to 80% of us to stop genocide of palestinians. instead of being met with leader engaging with us and our peaceful protest, we were met by police. >> emily: just save it, sister. met with -- with peaceful engagement? you are sympathizing with terrorists, with genocide hopeful. that is ridiculous. i wish the consequences by the capitol hill were more permanent. one charged with assault pails in comparison to what everyone deserves. >> dagen: i assume attorney general merrick garland and the justice department will find every rioter and punish moonment will be swift and severe like it was against the january 6 rioters. it is federal offense to attack a capitol hill police officer. six injured and one arrest? if there are no charges, swift as they should be in punishment, then we know that justice is dependent on your party affiliation and politics. i digress. compare one day apart, nearly 300,000 individuals peacefully gathering out in support of israel against antisemitism compared to this violence, this pro-hamas, prohear terrorist mob rioting for destruction of israel anguish because of civilian confidentialities? no. no anger when hamas butchered innocent babies and mothers and families. this is performance to demonize israel and get the world to turn against israel and the jewish people. it is nothing but -- who is funding it? same people behind communist china who are just essentially against the west and for jihad and destruction of america. that is what they're rioting for. >> emily: terry, be clear, it is never legal to block roads. the bay area has population of almost eight million, after the decline after newsom ran it into the ground during covid. blocking the bay bridge is significant illegal and also catastrophic and potentially dangerous situation they call themselves peaceful. there is nothing peaceful about that level of disruption and nothing peaceful about sympathizing with terrorists. >> tammy: this is years in the making, messaging about what laws will be enforced, if you will be let out of prison or go to prison. signalling through the democratic party, nature of what has been happening on the ground leads to this, but more, it leads to more. i come from a left wing organizing framework and each one of these things, i can tell you, has been in the same envelope as antifa and blm. for american people to not be afraid this is something new, it's not new. it is the same people. i think once we get pictures, perhaps you will see the same individuals arrested before, who are on a list and go to elements and make it easier to deal with if we choose to deal with it. >> emily: what kills me, after the protests called peaceful by self-labeled violent people, the city of new york, among others paid out settlements to protesters. our tax dollars went to appeasing people that aren't peaceful and are destroying property and engaging in severe destruction, what worries me about what we're seeing now, painting over narrative, creating false sense of reality those who see pain, hurt and fear in the jewish community, there is no defense for that and yet this will probably be smoothed over and i'll probably end up having to pay the idiots some type of settlement fee if they trip and fall. >> and they are useful idiots to the cause of tearing down america and our ideal. follow the money. 83 billion from corporations have gone to blm movement and social justice causes and organizing of i riots. follow the money, be smart how you spend your money, know this is not a guy sitting in his living room that said, i will take action and get involved temperature is organized, they are professionaling. >> emily: jeremy, i want to get your thoughts based on your experience as an intelligence officer. tell us about the nexus through our administration rhetoric only appeasement approach and infection sweeping the country, how are they tied together and how can the administration quash that inunacceptable behavior?
