always. the biden doj wants to throw a doctor in prison for exposing transgender surgeries on minors and he is here in exclusive interview. plus, like a covid infection after your third booster, fauci is back. >> have you thought about running for president? >> no. [laughter] >> no interest whatsoever? >> laura: and is a member of the squad also a spiritual healer? >> my hands began to move and and the lumps that were there were no longer there. >> laura: but, first, they are coming for america. that's the focus of tonight's angle. >> laura: now, neil diamond's song "america" from 1980 was attribute to the immigration story of our country. his grandparents came from poland and russia. now, the refrain we all remember is on the vo boats and on the planes they are coming to america. powerful. but today it's more like they're coming for america. and i'm not just talking about the migrants but the politicians who wave them in. now, back in 2015, trump knew what was already happening. >> the u.s. has become a dumping ground for everybody elsens problems. when mexico sends its supreme. they are not sending their best. they are sending people that have lots of problems and they are bringing those problems with us. they are bringing drugs. they are bringing crime. they are rapists and some, i assume are good people. >> laura: well, his comments sparked fury from democrats and some establishment republicans as well. they called him xenophobic, even cruel. of course, most americans can now see that trump was right. and with each life lost to a criminal alien, with each job lost to an illegal, we see what real cruelty is. it's keeping policies in place that guarantee the suffering of our own citizens. but by throwing open the southern border in january 2021, biden created a glide path into america for the worst of the worst. this freak jose ibarra, this barbarian victor martinez hernandez, and now this animal christian geo van any inga-landi. he was just arrested in the brutal rape of a 13-year-old girl in new york city in broad daylight male hispanic ecuadorian dissent 25 years old. we know he entered the country from ecuador through eagle pass, texas back in june 25th of 2021 the charges are going to be as follows for our female victim rape, sex abuse, robbery in the first degree, menacing, unlawful imprisonment, kidnapping, endanger the welfare of a child and possession of a weapon. >> laura: turns out this rapist has been arrested before of course at the border in texas and then, according to biden's policies caught and then released. and there were three encounters with the nypd as well. one domestic violence incident, no arrest there. now, in these insane sanctuary cities, illegals would be often released to just wreak havoc on the community unless, maybe, if you are lucky, they are pegged with a particularly heinous crime. or one that embarrassing liberal politicians so how many victims does that type of approach leave behind? well, democrats don't know. and they don't care. do you think that alejandro mayorkas or anyone in the biden white house loses one wink of sleep over these savage attacks? of course not. but donald trump does. >> when i'm reelected we will begin removing these criminals, these horrible people from our midst. and we'll end up doing it immediately. we're going to do it immediately. it's not like we have a choice? do we have a choice? we're no not going to live like this. >> laura: we will live like this and a lot worse if biden remains in office. now, the democrats' sole focus, everybody has to understand this fast track as many migrants from across the globe into the united states as possible in order to do, what? well, in order for the democrats to remain in power and then to keep down wages for their big donors. because, of course, they can't publicly defend that policy and that is the policy. always expect them to try to dress it up and make it all as confusing as possible. remember, a few weeks ago, it was biden's sham border enforcement order that changed absolutely nothing. and back in february, it was the sham bipartisan immigration bill, that would have let in like 1.8 million a year. and today, a biden legalization give away to hundreds of thousands who broke immigration law when they entered the country or overstayed their visas. by the way all of this is just for starters. and our understudy president is very excited about this. >> joe is doing what he always does. leading the way with compassion and experience. taking the action of our nation -- that our nation needs to thrive. today, joe is helping our country continue reaching for the dream of america. >> laura: your dreams mean nothing but the dreams of foreigners they are always priority number one. as usual, it's zero compassion from joe or any of those people standing up for american citizens. and then there was self-congratulatory gobbledygook. >> thanks to all the members of congress and homeland security secretary -- -- [inaudible] i'm not sure go away. all kidding asides. >> laura: alejandro mayorkas, say it with us. all right, all kidding aside. he is not all there and trump called him out today. >> this biden amnesty is a direct attack on american democracy and, yet, another example is how biden and his communists are demolishing our constitutional system and replacing it with a corrupt and fascist regime. these are fascists. these are bad people. and i don't think he is calling the shots. the biden betrayal is not going to stand. when i'm reelected, joe biden's illegal amnesty plan will be ripped up and thrown out on the very first day that we are back in office. now anyone supporting biden's open borders have blood on their hands and everyone who lined up behind biden today insults immigrants who followed the rules and insults americans who pay the bills. >> this bills on other actions we have taken to support dreamers from defending dreamers in the court and expressing -- expanding access to healthcare for millions of americans under the affordable care act, including for dreamers. >> laura: does this man think that any of the rest of america, you know, people who are citizens and came here legally do they have any dreams or can we just say tonight that those dreams don't count? that's the truth. to them, they don't count. and i want you, tonight, to ignore the so-called hoops that any of these foreigners will have to supposedly get legal status. things like 10 years in the united states, not a danger to society. look, none of this matters. just like the border itself none of it will ever be enforced you can always wave exception to any rule. the specifics don't even matter. whatever number they are estimating of the number of illegals now eligible under this new amnesty for legal status and then ultimately voting rights, whatever number that is, triple it. this is all like a bad game of three card monty, sometimes they may talk about enforcement measures. sometimes they will pretend they want to work with republicans broad ea amnesty today. they are trying to lower wages and turn the country akin to california super democrat majority permanent. now, remember, they think it's actually immoral for any of you to want to keep anyone out of the country who wants to come in. and their donors will always, i mean always want more illegals because why pay an american 20 bucks an hour when you can pay an illegal 15. >> joe biden wants to be the president for illegal aliens but i will be the president nor law abiding americans, every background. every walk of life. [cheers] >> every race, religion, color and creed, i will be the president. >> laura: democrats want to build a country with a wealthy ruling class and then everyone else just scrambling for the scraps. you want to know what that looks like? just come to washington, d.c. walk around parts of baltimore, chicago, or any democrat-run big city. there's a lot of poor people and a smaller number of powerful rich people. biden's immigration giveaways, the open border, the ukraine war, a sinkhole in ukraine, student loan handouts, all of it, on top of all the chaos, is contributing to this budget deficit that is driving us towards the cliff's edge. that's no exaggeration by the way. because of him, and the congressional addiction to spending, our budget deficit increased by 408 billion, that's just since february. now, the annual deficit will be closer to $1.9 trillion. and illegal immigration is a big part of that. my friend, this is criminal, and this is their goal. america thrown into financial collapse, they don't care. the middle class is crushed under that scenario. and then the technocratic global elite will take charge. of course, biden, schumer, pelosi, they will all be long gone by the time this thing unwinds. the bankruptcy of america is what i'm talking about. and i think they want the hole so deep and the spending so entrenched that even donald trump can't turn it around. well, we must. they are coming for america and we must use every legal stop, every way we can that's legal to slow them down. that's lawsuits, do that now. and a more meaningful fix on election day. and that's the angle. >> joining us now is alanor former president of the american lawyers association and tom homan former acting director of ice under president trump and fox news contributor. the president talked a lot about dreamers and dreams of illegals in the country eligible for legal status. what does that say to the legal immigrants who came here? what about their dreams? >> >> i don't think this is a sum zero game we are excluding other people. at this point is he just dealing with a certain class. and today's announcement was about u.s. citizens. u.s. citizens married to people who came into the country undocumented and not making those families have a hardship and being part of the american dream so, yeah, people have always been coming to the united states to participate in the dream, not to take away from it. >> laura: so, tom, this is just the same old immigration we had in the early 1900s, it's a wonderful melting pot. people coming together. and, you know, they want what you have. and people all across this country have. they want freedom and they want to work. >> look, this administration hasn't done a single thing to secure the border. and because of that, we have got 148,000 dead americans from opioids. we have 600 percent increase in sex traffic in women and children. 2200 migrants that died crossing this border. record numbers known suspected terrorists coming across the border. we just identified 8 last week caught and released. then we have a u.s. citizen raped or murdered almost daily what is this president's priority? create another fake program out of the air to reward illegal behavior and let hundreds of thousands of people here. the federal judge says -- did i lose it? >> laura: no, go ahead. tom. >> how did that happen? >> laura: we will go back to allen we will get tom back. alan the point for a lot of folks out there they see this horrific crime and the rape of a 13-year-old girl tied up in broad daylight in queens. and brutally raped in front of her friend. and this story gets repeated. migrants also victims of crime, the drugs, all the things that tom talked about. i mean, it seems to me like these people are just collateral damage on the road to, you know, open borders utopia. did their lives matter here? >> absolutely. and i don't think anyone is in favor of open borders and biden's policy basically closing down amnesty that has made the numbers plummet as you have seen already. recently the numbers are as low as they were in 2020 at the border just reported today from cpd. i think it is a tragedy for any person to be a crime american or undocumented citizen. crime hans in this country, immigration is not the root of that crime. native born citizens. >> laura: it's a natural thing? we have agreeing parents tonight in queens. okay? when america was set into flames in the summer of 2020, over the tragic death of george floyd, there were a lot of liberals out there shut the system down said the system is corrupt for what happened, i understand their point of view dealt with by the nypd on three different occasions, released. this is working? how can anyone defend this? anyone, any human being defend this? >> it's not defending that process. what it is defending is helping people become documented so we can focus on those individuals that are a threat to the united states system. it is a tragedy and unexplainable for anybody to have to go through such a harsh situation. >> laura: okay. this is what joe biden is saying about the border and i think we have the soundbite. >> we have to acknowledge that the patience and goodwill of the american people are being tested by the peers at the border. they don't understand the law. these are the peers my predecessor is trying to play on. >> laura: tom, americans don't understand the complexity of the border situation. what biden was saying because obviously the numbers for democrats are terrible on this. >> well, president trump understood it. that's why we had the most secure border of my lifetime. i understand it. we created the policies that gave us the most secure border of my lifetime and president biden came in and unsecured it on purpose. when you go back to the criminals my counterpart was talking. since biden has been in office. border patrol has arrested 157,000 convicted criminals coming across the border. we have almost 2 million people who paid more to get away. 2 trillion people pay the cartels more so they wouldn't get fingerprinted and vetted. how many of them are criminals or terrorists. look, the federal judge has already said this administration abused deferred action statute. created daca. federal judge says that's illegal. a federal judge already said this administration has abused a parole statute. 212 d 5. and created this cbp one app. to brings millions of people. in then they create chnv bring millions of people in from poor countries, cuba, nicaragua, haiti and venezuela. now all of the sudden they come up with plan number 3. how we are going to keep hundreds of thousands of people here by twisting the parole policy into something that's not even recognizable. parole is about letting people come into the country on a temporary basis because it's either an urgent humanitarian concern. >> natural disaster. so again, they created something out of the air. it will be defeated in the court. i think my counterpart will agree with me on this. paroles can be rev indicated. when trump gets back into office that is exactly what is going to happen. >> laura: i think from what i can gather in every poll it's pretty obvious the american people are not going to tolerate this. thank you both. the left has a scheme to disrupt whatever trump might try to do on that issue that tom just said and others if he gets in back into office. we will expose it, next. ♪ with is >> laura: some democrats are already preparing for defeat in november and they're cranking up the resistance machine. the "new york times" is reporting the left wing activists are taking extraordinary preemptive actions to sabotage trump's america first agenda. groups like the aclu, cap, action fund are planning a series of moves to stop the implementation of everything from trump's mass deportation program to ending the ev mandates, to ramping up oil and gas, the aclu says they even mapped out 63 scenarios in which trump could pose a threat to individual rights and the rule of law. >> needs to lay out plan for what are the worst threats were to come to pass? donald trump gets a second term in office, he will have enormous powers. going to be much more rigorous. so we have got to be ready that's what our lawyers right now are mapping out the cases, the theories. >> i will be within a did here in the after trump won and there were demonstrations and there were some litigation, there was little coordination between the activist base and the legal base. we have to close the daylight between those space. >> laura: the big defenders of democracy. joining me now arkansas senator tom cotton senator, none of this is really surprising. conservative groups they try to stop democrat presidents do as well with variety of things. i think more interesting is what advice would you give to the trump team knowing the resistance is out there for his first 100 days? >> >> yeah, laura, it's not surprising at all. i would say the only thing i agree with all of these people on is that they need to be prepared for defeat this november. you saw another example today of joe biden putting interest of illegal aliens ahead of americans by giving mass amnesty program without legal authority. we knew that these left wing activists and governors would swing into action once president trump wins, try to handcuff his actions. look at the issues on which they care most about though. the one thing that article talks most about is immigration. of course, who are they going to go to bat for? foreign, illegal aliens who are in our country. the kind of people who just brutally murdered and raped rachel morin or raped at knife point a 13-year-old girl in new york. that's the kind of people that these organizations want to go to bat for. so i think president trump recognizes that. he is ready for it he has a great team around him. hit the ground running in 2025. make sure the actions they take are legally air tight and they are litigated promptly to a resolution that supports the american people. doesn't support the interest of foreigners. >> laura: well, senator, house democrats set up a task force to deal with trump should he win. watch? >> what we want to do is to make sure that people know what the united states would look like if donald trump were, in fact, elected as president. he would seize supreme power. greatly expand and centralize his power. he would reduce the oversight of congress and the courts. there would be no balance to ensure that christian nationalism is embedded in every federal agency. and then he would eliminate the wall between him and the department of justice. >> laura: oh my god, so boring. she is reading. i love how she is on television and reading a screen. so, rich, what will look like? she has to make sure what it will look like. people say well it, certainly would feel a more like the america that we all know and love than open season on innocent americans as we see right now laura, as i said we don't have to imagine what america would look like under donald trump we know for four years. we had stable prices. we had growing growing economy with high paying jobs. working class. we had a secure border. we had peace and stability around the world. that's what america looked like under donald trump's presidency and what it will look like again. that's one of the reasons why the american people want donald trump back in the white house and joe biden out of the white house. i have to say that so many of the people mentioned this article and who talk about the resistance. they just sound like trump deranged lunatics. they are losers who are running a more rattle play in their own mind in which they are the protagonist. a lot of these liberals i could imagine what they would be like in germany in the 1930s. we know what they would be like. they would lock up their political opponents. street marches outside of the homes of supreme court justices. now, they are using any tactic to try to win they are condemning on campuses all around america condemning jews for the crimes of going to class a or wearing yarmulke. we think we know what most of these people would have done in the 1930s irrespective of the more rattle play unfolding in their own heads. >> laura: they certainly done a number on this country the last four years. america has changed and not f
