some of this closest allies in their efforts to overturn the election results here in georgia. and that grand jury will ultimately decide whether or not to bring indictment against the former president and some of his republican allies. we have a reporter inside, marshal cohen who tells us this jury pool is 96 from fulton county, many of you know is heavily democratic. 73% of voters here voted for joe biden in the 2020 election. i mentioned two grand juries will be selected today. they will consist of 26 jurors each. 16 for quorum, 12 of them will have to be in agreement for an indictment to be leveled, judge bernie who is presiding over the grand jury also presides over this section of the grand juries. he's going over to make sure if they have scheduling and hardships and some of those valid excuses that he says will be allowing some of jurors not to serve, include being 70 years
