classified materials? >> yeah, corey, well, at this point we're hearing much more from lawmakers on capitol hill than the white house where president biden. we've got a little more than 24 hours and now from the white house about seeing the discovery days ago. there's something we are now acknowledging. president biden, as you played that clip, they're boarding air force one, in atlanta, ignoring for the second time today, shouted questions from reporters about this issue. but cory, while the president was focused in atlanta, honoring the legacy of dr. martin luther king, and at ebenezer baptist church, focusing of the public's world, it's snowing on the slow drip of discoveries. you have democrats quick to point out that -- the differences in president biden's case, compared to his predecessor, trump, saying that president biden's team voluntarily turned over these classified documents as soon as
with the a -- little more news every day, and certainly is politically damaging, i think whenever there is bad news, even a poll if the banding quickly, and take your licks and move on. so politically it's problematic, but in terms of the criminal perspective, it is a normal criminal to have, you know, a couple of extra documents that having one document. i think what's important here is that an investigation is underway. an investigation will determine whether crimes were committed here and whether they of some -- significant magnitude for prosecution. there is a different standard going on here. i think it's not appropriate, both men are under criminal investigation. and there's social counters in both cases. some are calling for a search, or raid, as a color, that's not a law enforcement term but often things used pejoratively -- is biden's home. keep in mind a search could be authorized only by a judge based on his determination that there is in fact probable cause
this has become a recovery operation. apollo has had a series of deadly aircraft incidents over the years. it's a very mountainous terrain. often weather is a factor for it but. when we look at the fact -- the videos today, clear skies, sunny temperatures, it looks like this is the deadliest aviation accident since 1992. and you can bet the napoli authorities will try to be as -- transparent as they have in the past. in terms of their investigation. >> devastating images million door putting on this, thank you. let's bring in john cox. now now, john, with your expertise, when you watch a video of the plane's final moments, what do you see? >> i see a couple of things, corey, the most important thing is the air pay -- airplane rolls to the left. it is an indication, high likelihood, that it's an aerodynamic stall. one wing is producing more lift than the other. the nose of the airplane is a little bit higher than i would've expected it to be. which would be consistent with the airspeed, leading off, and
