power back on for customers. it's been a slow push but a steady buildup to dealing with some of the issues that came from the massive missile strike that took place here on wednesday. that being said, the system itself, with the situation is still very difficult. there are schedule emergency blackouts. earlier in the week, you have energy officials say they were hoping that because they were able to get some of the systems back online. they could also limit some of the planned schedule emergency outages. this is a constant difficult struggle for people in this country. we saw in kherson, shortly after that city was liberated. there was a situation where all of the infrastructure there were so badly damaged that people were having to consider whether or not they could stay and survive the winter months without access to water. without heat, without power. now in that city, we're seeing a situation where on top of concerns about just having basic things in your house like
