by the storm prediction center. so it's the same area of concern from oklahoma city southward, all the way down past austin which is where we've had our flooding. notice the tornado watch boxes. here's the dallas metroplex area. we've had severe weather. in between san antonio and austin is san marcos. this is an area where, again, as e was mentioning more rainfall is moving in. you have to understand. on saturday we had 9, 10, 11 1/2 inches of rain in 24 hours. you have that dramatic increase in the water levels. we're going to see a couple inches. yes, the ground is saturated, but we're not expecting to see those rivers at those historic heights. we do however, have some tornado warnings. this one in effect for about 155,000 people. that includes cities in cedar park georgetown and counties such as burnett, travis and williamson. we had a visual sighting by law enforcement of a large tornado on the ground. since then that's able to dissipate. we have other ones being spotted
