>> do you expect congress and commerce attorneys to figure out a way to include the citizenship question on next year's census, jenna? >> first, it's ridiculous that we need challenge to ask census to ask citizens whether they're citizens of the united states of america, that said, i think the goal is let's get the question on the census, we can fight about whether we can force people to answer or it or not later but this is extensive process, it's once every ten years, chief justice roberts doesn't have a problem with the question, he had a problem with the reasoning behind the question and i think he was wrong on that, let's get the question on the census. >> jenna, what's your take on finding legal argument to present to the courts? >> well, here i think it's completely fair that president trump is reasonably weighing all options and let's remember that the court here said specifically that the question did not violate the constitution clause
