i will not ask what your thoughts are because i think we have already heard a lot about it. i want to get down to the brass tactics because a lot of people want to know what are the next steps. let us talk more about that presentence investigation report that will be done for the 45th president of the united states. >> it is done for every defendant. he is not being targeted. it is not a kangaroo court. they will sign, probably a high- level probation officer, to interview mr. trump and prepare a report and it will be about the case and his background. his educational status. and whatever else the judge wants in that report. we will repair that report and give it to the defense, the prosecutor, the court, and the judge. it will be confidential so they will not be able to pull it out. and the judge will base his decision not just on that but what the prosecutor says. the defense will file a
