they had to come early in gestational age. they were 29 weeks old, born with some complications which required them to have special services, and they needed a little extra care. i had to find child care that allowed for this and it was an extremely hard hurdle to overcome. >> when you say that finding child care was hard, i think those of us who have actively looked for child care understand that implicitly. what did that mean for you? >> there are places where child care just doesn't exist, quality care. there are limited number of spaces and workers that are available to work in the centers. so finding a space available for two babies, finding care that was full time that allowed me to go back to work, those were extreme hurdles. during the pandemic i actually lost my children's father, so i became a single-income earner
