>> retrieve the public record. look, when you charge someone with with a crime that immediately goes into the computer data base. >> it does. >> of the county in which you ever charged. so as you rightly pointed out, all they would have to do is have an intern just pop it up and then they could get us the information. clearly they do not want to give us the information. >> according to her letter she has promised you by june 4th. >> we want it now. to put things into perspective. now, they can update it any time they want. but 486 arrests, how many have been charged thus far? then we can move the story along. but they don't want to give it why do you think they don't want to give it? >> they may not want to say some people were released, perhaps. they already made a statement people were released. >> you are holding feet to the fire to break it down who was arrested and who was released. outcry look you just let people out first of all if you were arrested in maryland, have you 24 hours to go before the court

we do have as reporters, and even voters out there, have a lot of access to jeb bush the not-yet presidential candidate. even today he had a meeting with reporters. he was answering questions from voters. same goes from yesterday and the day before. he's been doing it for months and months and months and hasn't really stepped in it the way he did this week. and we have seen other candidates who have been, you know in the political arena consistently. remember jeb bush has been kind of out of it for almost a decade. they're having missteps as well. to be fair the fact he gives reporters access that he gives voters access the fact that as you said he can put himself in a position where a college student, a democratic activist can go up to him and say, your brother created isis, you know let's just hope as reporters this is an objective thing, that that continues and maybe even will sort of push our colleagues on the democratic side who get to or have to report on hillary

>> there are so many people worse off than me right now, i'm not even -- >> do you remember what car you were on? >> i don't know. the two behind the cafe car. >> was there any warning at all before this happened? >> no, it happened in seconds. so i don't know what happened. i have no idea. but i'm okay and i'm praying that everyone else is. i don't have a scrape at all. >> it's amazing to see that some of the earlier pictures, the walking wounded. you see some people had blood on them as they walked off. he didn't have a scratch and certainly thankful for that and he's realizing how lucky he is. some of the pictures we're seeing a lot of passengers on board, they pull out their own phones and cameras and start taking pictures. we're seeing here, a lot of them tried to help each other out. a guy trying to crawl through a crack or crevice. a lot of people were able to do that. that will be part of the investigation. did this train behave like it was supposed to in case of an accident. part of that is are people able to get out.

nice out for patriots. say yeah you got me everybody does it we won't do it anymore. they've instead chosen to fight this and deny the obvious. the report said we've got you and coming after you. patriots instead of saying yeah you got us continue to claim they didn't do anything wrong, paint themselves as a victim. i think that's why the sanctions were as hard as they were. in terms of actual advantages i don't play the game. everything i'm told is a slightly more deflated ball is easier to pass secure throw. when you arm enemies, and they have many with this weaponry, they can come after you. that's what's happening now. >> thanks for joining us today. >> thanks andrea. overseas king solomon of saudi arabia did speak to president obama tomorrow about the decision not to come this week to the summit.

need to talk about the entire bottom 99%. and it isn't one or the other. we've become a low wage nation and there are people who are technically above the poverty line who are having a terrible time but at the same time we have young people especially young people but their families as well who are stuck in poverty and we really have to work with them to get them out. >> you talk about low wage workers. we've seen for the past two years fast food workers, for example, trying to rally together to bring attention to the fact that you can work and still be below the poverty line as you've pointed out, but you well know professor, there are others believe they are not working hard enough that luck or the boot straps you know weren't being pulled by these people, somehow they've done something wrong and that is why they live below the poverty line. >> that's the debate that goes on that's gone on from the

telling the truth is to see if the united states paid any of its sources. there was a reward of $25 million for any information that led to the whereabouts of bin laden. if the u.s. paid any of that out, which we know they don't like to do. you really have to do something for them to pay, that would mean they got valuable information. in your reporter have you found any evidence that the united states has paid anybody? >> this is what i have been told. yes, the u.s. may have paid locals in pakistan for help in this for instance the people that were employed to track the suv believed to be used by this courier, which then helped lead them saw "zero dark thirty" that was in the movie. that would have been small payments not the $25 million bounty on his head. we're told here the bounty has not been paid. we're told not in this case. >> that would mean there wasn't one single person right, who, you know was deserving of getting it. >> exactly. >> thank you so much jim. >> thank you.
