[chanting] [chanting] >> they are so clueless. live team coverage and mike emanuel is covered the protest in d.c. but we begin with alex hogan with the latest. >> as we enter day 30 of the work, the defense minister in israel issued a statement saying forces will press on insulin because of whether it a month or year he urged forces to continue to move forward and send a message to the millions and gaza about the leader of hamas. >> the leadership of hamas is responsible for this. we will eliminate him. >> the residents of gaza, if you reach him before us, it will shorten the war. >> hamas at the same time released this footage of what appears to be fighters inside intricate tunnel systems underground. the idf sabic says it blew up at least one of those tunnels. better foreign ministry issued a warning on saturday arguing israeli attacks on gaza will complicate efforts to immediate release of hostages. hamas shortly after that claim made the announcement it's saying 60 of the 242 hostages are missing after israeli strikes. back here, there were massive protests taking place saturday night and protests were held by families of the hostages. as far as what the u.s. is saying about this, u.s. secretary of state antony blinken called for a pause for humanitarian efforts while other countries including israel said it's in play not on the table but antony blinken did not saying he's calling for cease-fire, he said it would only allow hamas to regroup and attack again. >> on getting a report over there saying where you are israel forces are expected to start conducting more missions to rescue hostages and gaza city. i assume getting more and more intelligence the closer they get to the center and they surround according to all sources gaza city, have you heard back, too? >> yes. we know it is surrounded, the northern part of gaza and again they are focusing efforts not only by ground, plant and see and when we been along the border, we see those continual strikes with target fires lighting up the area and artillery coming in, a lot of intelligence not only from the military but also grassroots efforts, families here in tel aviv headquarters. these are volunteers, family members coming together to continually work to fight any possible information they can find on these hostages so full hands-on effort to not only to negotiate for the release but use of force if needed. >> amazing how much israeli government is under all sides, thanks so much. anti- israeli protests marking the nation's capital, tens of thousands of pro- palestinian protesters, or do they come from? flooding the streets, demanding cease-fire, could they find when they think palestinian territories are on a map? sickening amount of people and the destruction of the nation of israel, one of our chief allies mike emanuel live in washington d.c. therefore it all. >> the evening, and elaborate protest here at our nation's capital when i heard recovering a protest, i rolled my eyes thinking that's about every other day in washington d.c. some group protesting something here that this was a sophisticated protest. you have anti- workgroups, pro- palestinian groups busting people in public we met people from chicago, across the midwest coming to protest, it was very emotional, fired up throughout the course of the day ending at the white house several hours ago storming the gates of the white house. very loud and rambunctious, president biden is not here so there was no threat to him and we were coming in here around that time and secret service was clearly on alert if anybody wanted to take the chance of trying to jump the fence, they did not but an animated protests calling for an end to american aid to israel and clearly wanting to stop the military offensive and gaza. >> no concern for the seventh of october, they just want to stop the military offensive in gaza. did you get the sense they were getting paid, this was so widely organized, not the organic movement that stopped like -- it seems like somebody's pulling the strings on a lot of cam campuses. >> there may very well happen people who are professional protesters in the crowd. i will tell you to be fair, there were people with palestinians sounding accent with families here, grammars, adults, children, there definitely were family elements, a lot of people expressing frustration, not so much the past month or so over the conflict but over 75 years so a lot of palestinian americans saw it as their duty to their homeland to turn up for the palestinians and to collect the president of united states say but basically so even threaten you are up for reelection next year, palestinian americans are saying they are not going to vote for him, we will see if it has an impact on his policy. >> they did show the anger and chanted a vile phrase about joe biden, we have heard that before and they are against what joe biden is doing back in israel at the same time they seem to be equivocating overseas trying to make push the prime minister of israel to do humanitarian pause but my sense is there is no end in sight and might be looking at this every weekend. >> i think you're absolutely right so there are a lot of folks there were saying cease-fire and that sort of thing and some were professional lefties who don't want any war anytime anyplace anywhere, probably the same people stopped showing up during the bush administration covering this building on a full-time basis so that is part of it but there were a lot of emotional palestinian americans, some who said they do not support hamas, one guy was candid told me he does support hamas which stopped me in my tracks but that's what we saw today. >> thank you so much. it's amazing. meanwhile, anti-semitism rampant on the streets in many campuses and universities across the country, some of the most prestigious universities in the country, jewish students are threatened as pro- palestinian groups side with foreign terrorist groups over the own classmates in many respects but do palestinians know anything about the terror groups they are showing passionate support for? >> i cannot give away details that would further enemies, for them hostages like the residents of gaza, hamas looks of these people not as human beings, literally only as bargaining chips, looking at a play they set in advance, how they get away with murder? >> no one knows but the judge, i would guess 20 -- 30 years and take a wild stab about but his life is about to become -- you can't go to minimum-security, a medium or even high so is not going to have fun and he's into the internet, the internet to feel like he's vital so he will be in for a world of pain. >> you initially said it's a scam and bitcoin, where do you stand now? you think what the business is it down for the count? you think it's taking a pause? >> i think bitcoin is solid long-term. speculative but still solid proven to be resilient and a lot of big players are buying it, legitimate institutions are buying it but i think 98% is a complete fraud, tokens and coins created by issuers to enrich themselves and no idea they make the investors make money so i hope the next evolution of crypto comes back and will be a strong value with real businesses attached so if it comes back it will be that. >> you say greed is not good, ambition and passion are so you put a cleaver through the two, correct? >> i think greed is making as much as you can as fast as you can you don't care who gets hurt along the way versus ambition is to link value, delivering value and getting rich in the process and it's great and that's what business should be about, giving value to people and getting rich, nothing wrong with that. >> you talk about investing for 62% of the country say it doesn't relate to me, i'm living paycheck to paycheck, you help that? >> yes, i think i wrote look for these exact people. the misconception people have is they need a lot of money to start, a few thousand dollars, to make that into anything substantial, i need to find the next bitcoin or apple computer, very small 10000% of my money but it's not true. some very safe investments with mr. long-term compounding, the biggest companies in the united states all at once little bit of money on a consistent basis every month, 50, $100, you could end up seven-figure when you are ready to retire to the power of long-term compounding. so that time to the heavy lifting versus trying to trade in and out of stocks and pick individual winners, thought does not work very well for almost all people. >> you talk about the history of wall street, we don't want about this in school, i don't know why. you learned it after, you would be a dentist and found out it wouldn't pay and you like i'm out of this and you are doing what you are doing. what is that moment like?
