are the secret service agents sick of getting bitten by biden's dog? the cocaine was found on a sunday. we heard it was outside the situation room and then in a cubby. was it found somewhere first and moved into the cubby? why would there be any confusion for the first family and friends. that's it. the secret service and fbi closed their investigation after 11 days. narcotics, left in the white house secret service said they were 500 suspects, nobody was interviewed and then they closed the investigation. the secret service says there was a blind spot where cubby number 50 was. okay. cubby number 50 is right smack in the middle of the cubby wall. it's a very interesting blind spot and we foyaed the cubby and the secrets service say that was classified. secret service didn't want to know either because they spent the bag of coke to quantico, dusted it for prints, said they found nothing and blew it up. how were their no fingerprint says on the baggy? was the smuggler wearing gloves in july when he put it there? does the tape show anybody wearing gloves? how many agents blowup evidence after the crime? they have evidence lockers bursting at the scenes going back decades. i think you know what i'm thinking. >> i'm just asking again can we say once and for all whether or not the cocaine belonged to the biden family? what happened here? >> jesse, nice to be with you. i think we're missing a couple pieces of the puzzle. federal agents will not pull out their weapons and discharge in a free form flow with respect to different things that are happening. my guess is that potentially one or more of the three perpetrators either brandished a weapon or holding some type of weapon that may have been usedas a weapon and the agent felt in danger of his life and or his partner's in and around the area. this investigation is going to continue. an investigation is a reconstruction of the past. you're going to have a number of agents involved in this and we will find pieces to the puzzle we don't have that may lead us to figure out why he had his weapon out and ultimately discharged a round. >> do you think he was bashing in the side window with a pistol? i wouldn't do that. i probably knock it with a crowbar or something hard. >> it may have been a crowbar or an affirmative movement was made. there's a lot of unknowns that need to be investigated. any time a federal officer discharges a round, there's an investigation and there needs to be transparency as to what happened here and why it happened. there is a very serious event when a round is discharged with a police officer or federal agent. >> they don't know if it landed on the carjacker. go back to the cocaine. only certain people have access to it. why do they not dust for dna?
