breaks. common sign every winter water plane breaks. water department crews in philadelphia's fox chase section called out to vacant home along the 1400 block of al dean street. this one was not major and did not affect many homes in the area at all. >> but, a similar issue in the city's rhawnhurst section you see water running down the street along the 2,000 block of glendale avenue. although this break is also described as minor you see puddles of water building around those already frozen snow mounds, adding more ice on the streets, and the sidewalks. it is tough to walk around this city. >> yes. and what began yesterday as call about a gas melt, ended with a explosion in ocean county, new jersey. >> a big explosion. fifteen people had to be rushed to the hospital. steve is in stafford with police to get her back. somehow they tracked 43 year old michael trotta to an apartment in censor, massachusetts outside of boston. police were able to take trotta into custody and safely rescue elinor. we talked to the girl's mom after she was found. >> i'm just going to squeeze her and hug her and kiss her. she has never been away from me for that long, never been out of her routine so i'm sure she's been traumatized. >> most important part was to get her back and we did that. >> police say elinor was there when her father was arrested. she was not hurt. a great relief for her mother and other family members. michael at that time a -- trotta now charged with wreckless inch dangerment, carjacking, and there was existing warrant out on him. police say trotta may have had help on his today. but for tomorrow, we are watching this storm system, that is centered in dallas, texas this morning bringing them some ice and snow, it will move eastward, across the southern tear of states, but this time it looks to be taking a track little further northward. so it affect us tomorrow morning. in particular the state of delaware, southern new jersey, so here we are with the future cast with 5:00 in the morning tomorrow, some snow falling in the southern two counties of delaware, as well as the baltimore washington area. then moves little further north, by about 8:00 in the morning, we could have brief period of snow, even here, in philadelphia. it is really tricky, this i95 corridor whether we see anything or not, depending on the exact track of this storm. but, expect accumulating snow for sure, the further south you go. and this storm is with us through about noon, 1:00 in the afternoon, and that should be it for that. so, that's something new in the forecast. we already have a winter weather advisory for tomorrow morning. so that's the deal for thursday. it is still pretty cold on thursday, with a high of 27. but today we get up to 37 degrees, and we could scheduled to perform in montreal last night and toronto tonight. spokesperson for chris says canadian immigration officials denied him entry but can he apply to return at a later date. plans to do so-so he can play for the people up there in canada. five years ago, a similar situation happened to chris in glands, he was denied entry by the british government because of his past criminal record.
