is incredibly dangerous right now. for anybody who can get pregnant. and so, we need a state that has some sort of constitutional protection to be able to continue to allow care. >> let's talk about those 150,000 signatures from republicans. i'm not surprised by those numbers, given what we've seen in states across this country, where republican voters who may not even consider themselves pro abortion rights have said, this is government overreach. it's going to far. who was it that came out? who were those folks and what did you hear from them? >> yeah, there everyday floridians. people don't want to see the government interfering with their private lives. these abortion bans are wildly unpopular and people are tired of their republican senators or their democratic senators pivoting to abortion as a wedge issue. they want to see their doctors decide when they can access health care. >> talk us through where this goes from here, lauren. >> yeah, so we now are going to have oral arguments in front of the supreme court here in florida on february 7th.

to the 150,000 to 200,000 high trajectory weapons that hezbollah is capable of launches against israel will likely preempt and/or respond with massive attacks against lebanese infrastructure. we're talking about hundreds, if not thousands of deaths on the lebanese side of the border and probably hundreds of deaths on the part of israelis and a two-front war which could involve the united states and direct attacks between israel and iran and the u.s. against iran. i don't foresee that. concern and worry, absolutely. i've been worried since october 8th, but nonetheless, i think iran and hezbollah have still not reached the point where pushing this -- and they are pushing, but pushing this to a situation in which they would force a massive israeli and u.s. response i don't think were there.

than the lebanese army, which is pretty weak. they have around 150,000 missiles, drones and rockets all aimed at israel and that is enough, should they choose to go in, to declare a full—scale war, to at least temporarily overwhelm israel's air defences. they could deluge tel aviv and haifa with rockets, and there would be a lot of deaths. israel would retaliate to that and quite possibly so would the us navy, who are stationed just off shore in the eastern mediterranean, and there would be a devastating response on south lebanon, so it is probably not in the lebanese interests to do that and i think hezbollah up until now has quite carefully calibrated its response to the attacks by israel on gaza. there are limited attacks across the border. of course, it doesn't feel like limited if you are an israeli citizen, one of the 80,000 who has been evacuated from northern israel — they cannot live there in northern israel because they are being rocketed every day. but in military terms, these

they are out there now. you have over 300,000 people in the state without power. that number seems to be climbing dramatically considering an hour ago it was somewhere in the hundreds, like 150,000. what are you expecting and how will you handle the widespread power outages? >> that's something that we're very accustomed to in florida when you see the extent of the damage. a lot of trees are down. a lot of power lines are down. that will take some time. we do have over 25,000 linemen that are actively working. we have more ready to come in if we need that. that is our number one goal other than, of course, the top priority is preserving life and that's our number one goal to get the power back on. that's something we'll be focused on making sure that we have a sufficient amount of personnel working round the clock to do that. yes, that number will climb and we will ask people to be patient and to report as quickly as they
