>> sean: welcome, everyone, this is "hannity." just one year until the 2024 presidential election, joe biden is losing to donald trump in nearly every single swing state in the country. looking at the pole, donald trump is now up, five in michigan, five in arizona, six in georgia and 10 points in the state of nevada and by the way, kamala harris bearing worse in a matchup against tom, but that's not all, a poll finding 76% of americans believe the country is headed in the wrong way under joe biden. what about the others? are you better off than you were four years ago? if the numbers hold, he won't just lose, he will get blown out, needless to say they are in a complete state of meltdown and panic. so watch for yourself. >> donald trump is leaving in five out of six states, presidents have come back in the past, but this is tough news for joe biden. >> it is a wake-up call, this is frightening for not just the joe biden white house, but for anybody that fears what a return to a donald trump presidency could mean. he could win. "the new york times" poll is not the first to say it. he can win. >> some seemingly have a wake-up. david axelrod begging him to step aside, questioning whether or not the reelection bid is good for the country, meanwhile he fan boy geek out over the crystal. and others are stating the obvious, joe biden is a failed president is not up to the challenge, challenge any of you out there to tell me one policy success that he has had, he is weak and frail and we all know that he is a cognitive mess, per the usual he struggled to simply communicate. >> take a seat if you have one. >> 83% less gases than driving your car. one of the things i convinced president obama of is to provide money for high-speed rail. >> mumbling and bumbling and stumbling. once again he treated the crowd to one of his favorite tall tales. just take a look. >> 2 angelo came up to me at the time and said joey and he said joey maybe, all this time. and i had traveled a great deal on air force planes as vice president. and he said big deal, joey. i said what do you mean, he said you know, we just had a retirement dinner. do you know how many miles you travel in amtrak and i said no. and he said 320,000 miles swim on the story has been debunked, it is not true, but that did not stop him from recounting his fake adventures not just once, but actually twice in terms of competency and also results, the single worst president in the modern era. the only election pitch in 2024 is donald trump, if he is the candidate, he is very scary. and they have talked about him going to war against one man, one family and one organization, 91 felony indictments and charges in several different states and jurisdictions all perfectly timed to impact the 2024 election even though these charges could've been filed years ago. and of course these are all heavily democratic districts and in other words the odds are very high that any prominent republican cannot receive a fair trial, at least in my opinion, in new york, washington dc or georgia. the only real chance for fairness would be when the verdicts are appealed. case in point, the civil fraud trial against donald trump who was brought against the democratic attorney by leticia james, remember, she campaigned on getting donald trump, and the judge in the case, this guy right here, he is also a devout democrat that clearly hates donald trump and today during the testimony the judge basically imploded, screaming at donald trump and his legal counsel saying that i beseech you to control him if you can and if you can't i will. i will excuse him and that will draw every negative inference that i can. at one point the judge proclaimed hey, no, i'm not here to hear what trump has to say. and i am like, why are you here for this then? really, why would the judge care what donald trump has to say when he's made his mind up? this is the same judge that valued mar-a-lago at only $18 million and sticks by the valuation even though everybody and their mother says you cannot be more wrong. do you want a 2-acre vacant lot a block away from the beach? he had one, a lot listed for 200 million. another 2-acre plot of land, and another listed at 150 million. it's only dirt. there's no house on it. meanwhile, mar-a-lago is an iconic 60,000 square-foot mansion with 58 bedrooms, 38 bathrooms located on acres of prime real estate within the intercoastal waterway and the beach and the ocean and that is about 10 times the amount of acreage compared to the empty lot down the road being sold empty for $200 million. nearby, one third of the size with a 10th of the land, a third of the size, 170 million. i know it sounds nuts, but that's what the prices are. anyone with basic mathematics skills or an abacus can easily value mar-a-lago at close if not more than a billion. but the judge is not willing to do the math. he is that simply corruptive bias. it will not correct his mistake. his mind was made up before the case was even underway. a lifelong democrat determined to punish donald trump regardless of the truth and the facts. and this is what we see in case after case against donald trump. this is what happens you have weaponize department of justice when used as a political weapon. we are criminalizing political differences. at donald trump is still clobbering joe biden in almost every battleground state for arrests and arraignments. anyway, here with reaction is eric trump. you know, i have to be honest, and i know it's not funny to you and it shouldn't be funny to you or your family, because this has been the last six or seven years of your life. but i beseech you to control him if you can. he is saying to this lawyer that i will excuse him and draw every negative inference that i can. i think my favorite is i'm not here as the judge to listen to what the witness has to say. and well, what is he therefore? 2 you know, i take this very personally. we have an incredible company, we have never missed a payment, we have never missed a loan payment, we pay on time everything will time, we have never had a default notice, never reached alone problem. every time we have gone in, we put hundreds of millions of dollars into her own money into it. we have made them incredible, we have made banks hundreds of millions of dollars, they are friends and who have testified for us to sing the donald trump has always done a great job, we have never had a problem, they have never called us to default, they've never had an issue with the company. but make no mistake, this is not about the law. this is about politics. and she came as soon as my father went down the escalator, she came out the very day, she started going after him. i'm here to get him and take him down and his family. i'm going to go to the attorney general's office, every single day, sue donald trump and then go home. i cannot believe that this is being allowed to happen in new york, there is no crime, there is no victim, banks made hundreds of millions of dollars from us and the banks love us, they have never called a default on us. it doesn't make any sense. there are bad people out there every day that mess around in business. no one has been harmed. in fact, the banks, as i kept on saying, they have made a ton of money and they love us. it doesn't make any sense, sean. >> sean: there is not one lender or insurance company complaining, there is language, correct me if i'm wrong, and every single valuation, you may have a loan application or an application for insurance, do not use valuations to which by the way they have their own fiduciary responsibility, they are not going to lend the kind of money that an organization like the trump organization is borrowing to someone who doesn't do their own due diligence, that would be impossible, that is insanity, it doesn't happen in the real world. >> the banks are the most regulated industry in the world. they have to. as was said, they would get sued by every shareholder if they didn't. getting a mortgage on his own, like sean hannity going out and getting one. sing okay, my house is worth a million dollars, i want to million dollar mortgage. of course they are not going to do that. they will send appraisers out, do the land, make sure that they have adequate coverage, equity, the same thing happens to a much greater degree and a commercial transaction. we put hundreds of millions of dollars into the properties, only furthering the bank collateral. this whole narrative is asinine. then again, the banks love us, there was no victim or crime of any sort and laticia james has to go after my father, now you see all these different organizations and coalitions, the attorney general's, the fundraisers, they are going after donald trump and others, going after his platform, keeping him off the campaign trail so we can be in south carolina, iowa, and all the places he wants to be, they are fundraising on the charade, and again, it is what laticia james promises what she's going to do, she promised in her own words. >> she has wanted to get donald trump for the last six years 3 okay, so the only comfort is -- >> this is the united states of america right now. >> sean: it certainly is a new york, but they want to cancel your ability to do business ever again, they want a conservator to take over your properties, they want to find you $250 million. if there's any comfort, i have a hard time believing that this would stand on an appeal if you get a fair judge if you're able to get a fair judge in new york. if it wasn't so ridiculous, you know, you would laugh at it, but this is your life, this is your family, this has gone on for all of these years, yet a judge says he doesn't want to hear from a witness. is this our country. >> let's not forget about the thousand employees, maids and housekeepers, engineers. these are drivers, bellmen, those that rely on our family and our properties to put food on our tables every single night. there are thousands of people that are collateral damage to the games and she doesn't care or consider these people, isn't she responsible to take care of new yorkers and represent their best interest? because they have incredible jobs because of our family? and she wants to put those people in peril? people are cruel people and they will do anything for their own political power and my father will keep fighting it, i will keep fighting it and again, in the end we will win because whatever is happening, it is unthinkable and it makes no sense. >> one fair judge here, and it's almost like a saturday night live skit, it is so bad, it's worse than that. because you have to live it. thank you for being with us, we appreciate it. joining snow with more, the brand-new book unwoke, texas senator ted cruz. you hear about what's going on in new york, you see this judge and you know the price of what they are worth. he says he doesn't want to hear from a witness. i beseech you to control your client, i don't want to hear from them and is this a kangaroo court or a banana republic? 2 sadly that is exactly what it is. what was just being said about the unfairness of this is exactly right. laticia james, hard-core partisan, campaigning saying that i'm going to get donald trump, i'm going go after donald trump, this judge by all appearances is a hard-core partisan who hates donald trump and we can anticipate he is going to rule against donald trump. and you and i have both been to mar-a-lago many times, it is a spectacular property. the idea that it's 18 million is utterly laughable. and there is not a person on planet earth who would be told you can buy it for 18 million, who wouldn't immediately try to raise the money to do it. so it is absolutely insane. >> let me talk to you about something, because this is very relevant. your new book is phenomenal, it is called unwoke, how to defeat cultural marxism did invading the u.s. you go through a history about communist revolutions and begin with young people because they are naïve. i know there are going to be some that are very offended by that, however, when i was young, i was also naïve as well. one of the famous outages. well, i'm a little over 40, think goodness my brain cells are working. >> the book comes out tomorrow, it breaks down how the radical left using every major institution in america and as you said, it starts off telling the story of my dad, who was a guerrilla fighting along with fidel castro in cuba, he was 14 when he started, as my dad has said, the revolution with 14 and 15-year-old boys that didn't know any better. that is true of communist revolutions all over the world. young people are easily manipulated and they don't have life experience. the opening chapter of the book is universities. the lab of the virus. it is where the lab was created, mutated and spread and now we are looking at what is happening, these anti-somatic, anti-rabbi protests, and they say how is this happening? it is because of the cultural marxism taking over the united states, and this radical approach then has spread from the universities through the educational system k-12, journalism, big business, but it lays out is a strategy with how we fight back, how we take the country back from the cultural marxists. >> how do we take it back? >> we stand up and fight, we shine sunshine on what they're doing. ordinary americans don't want to abolish the police. ordinary americans don't want open borders. they don't want 8-year-old children subject to sterilization and castration. ordinary americans know what a woman is. and so we have shine light on it, but we also have increased the consequences of being so-called woke. so the chapter talks on big business about how the fortune 100 has become the economic enforcers for the left-wing agenda and then it highlights what happened with bud light and target and you look at all of this, we have never seen a brand light itself on fire as quickly as bud light did, the number one beer in america to dropping out of the top 10, and tens of billions because the executives looked down on their customers. fast-forward to target where they have had displays aggressively marketing the agenda to children, doing things like talk friendly bathing suits to chuck things away so boys can pretend to be girls, and what happened is that millions of moms got really mad. and likewise, target lost tens of billions of dollars and what is encouraging is when you look at the internal discussions and the executives who were saying hey, we don't want to be another bud light. and the key to this is we have to change the cost and benefit analysis so that it cost more. so the corporations stay out of politics and just sell their widgets . >> senator, the book is out. thank you so much. how to defeat cultural marxism. bookstores across the country, sir, we appreciate you being with us, we look forward to having you back as always. when we return, a big update on the campaign of ron desantis. he debates gavin newsom, theal - california governor the gang. to help get you ready, your aspen dental denture team is celebrating 25 years of affordable care with an epic anniversary savings event. don't miss enjoying a moment with fast repairs in our onsite labs and 20% off your custom dentures. plus, we have a denture money back guarantee so you can smile with confidence. aspen dental. book today. ♪everything i do that's for my health is an accomplishment.♪ ♪concerns of getting screened faded away♪ ♪to my astonishment.♪ ♪my doc gave me a script i got it done without a delay.♪ ♪i screened with cologuard and did it my way.♪ cologuard is a one-of-a-kind way to screen for colon cancer that's effective and non-invasive. it's for people 45 plus at average risk, not high risk. false positive and negative results may occur. ask your provider for cologuard. ♪i did it my way!♪ (swords clashing) -had enough?
