[applause] >> wow. how are you? great to see you all. what a great crowd, welcome to special edition of "hannity." >> usa, usa, usa! >> sean: i can't stop that, welcome back all of you at home and studio audience. we have a lot of ground to cover tonight, breaking news story from biden impeachment inquiry, the scandal allegation. house oversight committee just subpoenaed james biden and hunter biden and business partner walker. they will testify before congress. this has been a long time coming, the chairman of the house oversight committee, james comer will join us, we have details straight ahead. more troubling news from middle east, a $30 million u.s. reaper drone shot out over international airspace by iranian-backed houthis in yemen. ask your commander-in-chief, joe biden, mr. president, what are you going to do about this? meanwhile, u.s. soldiers suffering yet another two attacks at bases in the middle east today by other iranian proxies and 42 attacks against our u.s. soldiers carried out by iranian-backed terrorists in the past month. joe's response to take out two empty warehouses and another retaliatory airstrike against whatever assets they hit in syria. we'll find out in the next day or two. that's it? joe biden will not take substantial action to prevent further attacks against troops abroad? keep on bombing empty warehouses? think about this, china has hostile actions against american fighter jets in international airspace, no response. china takes hostile action in international waters and joe, no response. china spy balloon got to fly eight days over military installation and no response. china hostile action over taiwan, no response. russia shoots down our drones, no response. is it because joe wants more deals with russia and china, he won't tack action or just pathetically weak u.s. president? we'll let you know. back at home, antisemitism is exploding, i didn't think i would see this in our lifetime. did anyone think? including in the halls of congress, this as jewish americans are still being held hostage by terrorists in a war zone. by the way, joe, why are you not demanding the release of all hostages, including americans being held hostage? where is your president tonight? i'm sure sleeping, i'm sure he doesn't know that today is wednesday and antisemitic antisemitism is on the rise, will joe do anything to secure the southern border? will he do anything at all? we know the department of homeland security, mayorkas testified today, he has no idea how many illegal immigrants are in our country or where they are from or why they are here. we know thousands from countries like iran, syria, other places in middle east, russia, china, joe let in almost eight million illegal immigrants and maybe 10 million by the end of the year, this is insanity and another horrible, chaotic day under pressure joe biden. according to lalast night's election results, americans seem unphased on the surface. break this down. common wealth of virginia, hold on to slim majority and pick up slim majority in the house of delegates. some are trying to blame governor glenn youngkin and his get out and vote effort. here is reality, virginia, whether you believe it or not, i had given up on virginia years ago. it is a blue state, not even a purple state. the anomaly happened two years ago when glenn youngkin won the governorship there and he deserves a ton of credit for trying as hart to flip both houses. the federal government is expanding and government workers, vast majority, 90 plus percent democrat relocating just south of d.c. to northern virginia, where taxes are low, schools are better and crime is relatively low. unfortunately, vast majority of government workers are democrats, so are most employees at the ngo's, law firms and other groups associated with the government. virginia was close because of youngkin's popularity, it is a blue state. what a huge victory. this is bad for glenn youngkin. no, it's not, the fact glenn youngkin won is a miracle and the large margin is another miracle. it shows what failure of democrats can do, awaken people temporarily. once again, we have to talk about the issue of abortion, i believe in sanctity of life, i'm pro-life and i recognize political truth and reality and that is majority of american people, as i have been saying for years, people said yesterday, sean hannity admitted -- no, sean hannity has been saying for years that now the consensus in this country, few years i've been saying americans reject the most restrictive abortion laws, they just do. now okay, people can disagree with me. now they especially reject it if rejections target early pregnancy under 15 weeks. not my political view, where the consensus of the country is, even in the state of ohio, red state. 57% of voters added abortion rights to state constitution and democrats are using abortion as political weapon. not only do they accuse republicans of being racist, sexist, islamophobia, wanting dirty air and wanting to kill grandma and grandpa, now they are saying republicans will end all abortions, which is a lie. now by the way, played pretty big role in deep red kentucky where a very popular democratic governor who totally distanced himself from joe biden painted his opponent daniel cameron as anti-woman zelit. every lie democrats tell, fight back with ads telling people the truth. republicans rarely respond to attacks, especially on abortion, they need to respond. it is clear, they must fight back and neat strategy to counter the abortion narrative or lie or this issue will haunt them in 2024 and beyond. republicans also need to buy into early voting and legal ballot harvesting. they can't show up on election day down by hundreds of thousands of vote. perfect world, holiday, voter id, signature verification, updated voter roll, partisan observers watching the vote and vote counting. we would add integrity to the voting system and everybody can have confidence. that is not the world we're living in. republicans have been resistant for voting early, they need to adapt, organize and beat democrats at their own game. here is mike mike huckabee and tammy bruce. tammy, start with you. i wish the country did agree on every issue, i just know the political reality, they do not. poll after poll has shown that and i think there has to be a happy medium here. if republicans don't get right on the position, we saw in 2020 in penns pennsylvania doug mast lost because of that one issue. >> tammy: many may know, i come from the left, part of my activism was abortion -- >> head of now. >> tammy: he almost forgot, i would disagree to some degree. i'm conservative now, i've been a republican in the last year. i understand the arguments and would say it is not even about abortion. americans you see on social media, the conservatives are complaining, it is a culture of death. i understand that is perspective for pro-life. the fact is, this is about, i would argue, empathy. it is empathetic dynamic. women do not wake up in the morning and say gosh, i hope this year i can have an abortion. over 70% of decision for women who have abortions, 70 to 73% is about the economy. they can't afford it, they are working two jobs. pregnancy, they would lose their job and can't afford to raise a child. when economy is good, abortions go down. worry about the women who is pregnant and not expecting it, who wants the child and has to have abortion because the economy that the system the swamp sets up makes it impossible to keep that child. so when we think about for pro-life, it is not -- just like with vaccine mandate, americans don't like being told what to do by the government. they don't want mandate or bans, they want to make decisions that reflect their values. women, if they get pregnant, want to be able to keep the child and it is difficult when you can't. i would argue, for republicans and for the pro-life americans, that this is not about abandoning your values, how do you make sure there are fewer abortions means economy that is good, it doesn't mean banning something. you are losing that whole real issue about why women are in this position th. that is how we win this argument. when you have referendum like that and echl doo get elected, there are more abortions because the economy will be bad like it is now. that is how you win this argument and for everyone, it will soften the nature of the issue. it is recognizing women don't want to be doing this, whether miscarriage or abortion or any of that, americans understand this. women want to be able to do it and do it properly. >> sean: let me bring in governor huckabee. democrats are demagoguing the issues, republicans don't respond in kind. they have to answer to any attack, especially if it is a lie. that is number one. number two, you have this issue of extremism, those that support late-term abortion or the governor northam comment from years ago or some point viability. americans don't support that either. i think we're pretty clear on that, that is fantasized if the child is viable outside of the womb. parental notification, democrats don't want, and issue of late-term abortion, i think winning issue for republicans and main-stream americans, that would resonate with them. >> it certainly would and i also believe we have a messaging issue. we don't seem to understand we need to quit playing defense and start playing offense. it is hard to score when you don't have the ball and republicans keep fumbling and give the other team the ball. we need to focus on one thing tammy said and i would say it differently. talk about the fact we are not against women, we recognize an abortion has two victims, two victims. obviously the unborn child and the woman who is the birth mother who probably got talked into abortion by a boyfriend, a mother, grandmother, maybe a father. we are not wanting to punish that woman in any way, we want to reach out and show compassion and assistance, maybe to keep the baby, maybe to find an adoptive parent, never to condemn her. we need to talk about how women are exploited through abortion, they are not told long-term physical consequences or consequences to their soul and psyche. we get bogged down how many weeks. if we talk about it, focus more on something everybody relates to, more like heartbeat. if your heart stops, you're dead, if your heart starts, you're alive. most people can understand that better than arguing nine weeks, six weeks, 22 weeks, we make the mistake acting like we need to be afraid of the issue. no, we don't, we need to say we're for life and may disagree how to make that work, one thing we do agree on, when you have a pregnancy in the eighth month and you decide you don't want it, no doctor should go in and slice that child into many, many pieces and call that women's reproductive health because it is not healthy at all for the baby or the mother. >> sean: governor huckabee, great to have you, tammy, thank you for being with us. turn our attention to somebody that won't go away, hillary clinton. today she joined her humor less friends on the news show called "the view" on abc. hillary, it is a hard-hitting news show, hillary compared trump to adolf hitler. take a look. >> when i was secretary of state, i used to talk about one and done. what i meant, people would get legitimately elected and try to do away with election and opposition and do away with a free press and you could see it in countries where hitler was duly elected, right? >> that's right. >> somebody with dictator tendencies are like, shut this down, throw these people in jail and they didn't telegraph that. trump is telling us what he intends to do, take him at his word. >> sean: democrats only have three election-day strategies, fearmongering about abortion, fearmongering about donald trump and last, but not least, using the justice system as political weapon. we know president trump is facing the biggest phony witch hunt in history of new york, today the state forced his daughter ivanka to testify and the judge was giddy according to "new york post." when state lawyer called the mother of three to the witness stand, the judge in the case arthur engoron joked, who is she? a comedian, show-boating judge. throughout the trial, this judge has been biassed, constantly ruling against trump and his family in every motion. he's sticking to idiotic, frankly just insane valuation of mar-a-lago 18 million when it is closer to a billion, guilty of the thing they are accusing trump of and seeing the judge to take great pleasure in doing so. this is not a fair trial, it is a political hit job, i would not expect this in the usa. trump is not letting this slow him down. tonight in florida for a massive rally, take a look. >> our country has never seen the likes of what you witnessed last weekend with menacing mobs of hamas supporters chanting jihad support in our cities. they shouted allah while calling the martyrs. you can't afford to have a president who wants to be politically correct. we cannot have administration that takes foreign policy advice from ilhan omar or rashida tlaib. can't do that. >> sean: south carolina senator lindsey graham is with us. [applause] >> thank you. >> sean: joe biden even today, they are pushing israel to hit the pause button. and i'm trying to understand why they would do that. when you hit pause, they get to rearm and they get to resupply whatever they need. when you hit pause button, they restrategize. shouldn't they be winning the war they didn't start, they didn't want they have to finish? >> i miss trump. how many of you believe if trump was president, none of this would be happening? >> do you believe this wouldn't happen? [applause] >> okay. here is what i believe. if we're present tomorrow, it would stop tomorrow. talk about hillary clinton, old, bitter and defeated is no way to go through life, i support president trump. it is offensive to me to suggest i'm supporting adolf hitler because she disagrees with how he does business. president trump recognized jerusalem as capital of israel and recognized golan heights as part of israel and got six nations to recognize israel as one and only jewish state, that is not adolf hitler, that is strongest supporter in modern history. donald trump did more for israel on biden's watch more jews have been killed since the holocaust. hamas saw weakness, they acted. i tell you this, if one american is killed by shiite militia, should blow oil refineries to smitherins. let iran know, if you kill an american, we're coming after you. [applause] >> sean: under barack obama and joe biden, they made this iranian deal, i thought was nuts giving them billions. selling oil estimated they made between 80 and 100 billion and the 6 billion in payment as ransom for five hostages. what is it about joe biden and barack obama and democrats that think they can negotiate with the number one state sponsor of terror? i'm not understanding it. >> when obama is president, putin invades ukraine, right? when trump is president, everybody runs and hides in the corner. when biden is president, putin invades ukraine again. when biden is president hamas kills more jews than any time since the holocaust, afghanistan started this. he left afghanistan, a shameful act that set in motion everything we're talking about. this is the same administration that is having more illegal immigrants cross our border illegally than all presidents combined. they don't know what they are doing on the border or what they are doing when it comes to bad guys. if donald trump was president, we would secure the border tomorrow, people would listen to him because they are afraid of him. this stuff with iran would end. only thing that works with bad guys is to be strong. the border is broken, policies don't work, i will not vote for one dime for any country, including israel until we secure our own border. >> sean: senator graham, thank you. when we come back, chairman of the house oversight committee james comer will join us, he just issued subpoenas to hunter and james biden. as we continue, thank you for being with us. [applause] (vo) in three seconds, pam will decide... (pam) i'm moving closer to the grandkids! wait. i got to sell the house! (vo) don't wait, just sell directly to opendoor. easy as pie. (pam) piece of cake. (vo) whichever. get your competitve offer at opendoor.com. we're travelling all across america, talking to people about their hearts. how's the heart? i feel like it's good. how do you know? let me show you something. it looks like a credit card, but it is the kardiamobile card. with kardiamobile card, you can take a medical-grade ekg in just 30 seconds, from anywhere. kardiamobile card is proven to detect atrial fibrillation, one of the leading causes of stroke. get a jump on the holidays. kardiamobile card is now just $89. buy it for yourself or a loved one at kardia.com or amazon. >> sean: tonight the biden impeachment inquiry is heating up, walls are closing in, major development. house oversight chairman james comer subpoenaed zero experience hunter biden, joe's brother james biden and their business associate rob walker. joining us is chairman of house oversight committee, james comer is with us. sir, how are you? >> i'm well. >> sean: i asked you a while back, what point do you think it will be appropriate to start sending out subpoenas and you said you wanted all your ducks in a row and follow the suspicious activity reports and all the shell corporations, follow the money. do you feel you have enough information and you have strong questions for the guys? >> i do. i think we're at the point now we can connect the dots, we understand what the scheme was. we understand who the people were wiring the money. we believe we know why. we want to hear from the bidens. the evidence is overwhelming, we can bring the bidens in and ask substantive questions about things we have serious concerns about. >> sean: how many shell corporations have you been able to discover through your investigation that the biden family had? >> over 20. when you talk about james biden, i'm not sure what his businesses were. with respect to hunter, we're confident the businesses did not produce a good or service and have no idea what they did, especially considering the fact they go months without any revenue and all of a sudden million dollar wire from a foreign national would apeer and next day start wiring money from account to account from shell company to shell company. we see similar pattern with jim biden, we want to ask jim biden what did you do? what are the transactions in your so-called business and what involvement did your brother have in shady business schemes. >> sean: timeline of burisma, hunter admitted he had no experience in gas or oil in ukraine and paid millions of dollars, couldn't explain why. we have a timeline. became official obama administration policy in october of 2015 that they felt that ukraine had made enough progress on the issue of corruption that warranted the loan guarantee billion dollars is the exact amount. we know five days before joe biden in december of that same year, 2015, went to ukraine. joe biden got on a phone call with his son hunter and burisma executives. we know this is the time when burisma executives were begging for d.c. help. we know joe leveraged 1 billion of taxpayer money, demanded firing of the prosecutor investigating burisma and his son and the son of a b got fired in six hours and hunter continued to get paid. is that by definition, does that meet the bribery standard and laws of our country? >> absolutely. and you look, that is quid quo pro. that is what the first trump impeachment was. all he did was ask about corruption, we have the corruption. you pointed it out. the timeline is there, we have joe biden on tape admitting he fired the prosecutor for withholding our dollars. t
