[cheering] we need to go on the road. >> dana: it's great and it's wonderful to be here to be part of the patriot awards. this is where you have extraordinary americans who are finally being recognized. it's the fifth annual one i hope everyone's going to watch it on fox nation tonight. >> jesse: we will be watching. there was one thing i had to call dana out for and i just want to get the audience's opinion on this. we checked into the flight together and as we board, we are sitting close to each other, and i offered to put dana's luggage on the top luggage stowaway and she wouldn't let me. now, if a man asks a woman, would you like me to put the luggage up for you, what are you supposed to say? >> dana: yes. however, if your friend and colleague who you need desperately on this day has had a long time ago back surgery and done very well with that. >> jesse: come on. >> tyrus: good point. he needed a double backiotomy. he said oh, my back, then he gets to sit at home for three months and relax. >> judge jeanine: you know who gets the kudos? dana does because she recognized her limitations. >> dana: i will tell you this. jesse did get my bag down for me. so thank you so much. you might be wondering why we have this extra chair right here. we've got a big surprise for you especially those of you who watch "the five" for a long time. country superstar and my personal favorite dierks bentley is here. come on out. [applause] >> how are you doing? dierks bentley. we're going to have you here the front row. you had a chance to meet everybody backstage. everybody here knows. >> dierks: i love the video. >> tyrus: as i said before, guilty feet have no rhythm. >> dana: you have rhythm when you came to nashville years ago. it's changed a lot and it's changed you, given you a lot of opportunity. >> dierks: i have been here for 30 years in this building here right now backing up to the grand ole opry so this building is very special where we are today because this is where nashville's past, future, lives inside the grand ole opry in the home of country music. i love this town. i love seeing the video because i know all the spots. i used to go to wildhorse saloon with a fake i.d. so i know all those honky-tonks down there. >> judge jeanine: can i ask a question, i first became familiar with you i think it was 2003 with a song "what was i thinking" which was hysterical. the lyrics. what's the story behind that song? >> dierks: it was a pretty wild night that night. still some pending legal -- i'm kidding. i don't want the judge to be like, i can't talk. that was a great song that i wrote with two of my buddies. part of the nashville songwriting process. sharing stories about your past and things you've done a little bit of embellishment. >> judge jeanine: the guy is trying to date. her body's got a heart like a 1. >> pepper in your tailgate and driving away with a girl. saturday night in nashville, tennessee. i say that all the time. >> dana: you had a big announcement today and we want to be part of it. >> dierks: dana has been on a lot of my shows. >> dana: i am not a stocker yet. >> dierks: we come backstage and we have a few drinks. on stage singing but i host a big cocktail party every night. my friends come out and dana is one of my favorite people, favorite friends and i have these drink backstage. a drink company made in tennessee, my buddy josh alice. it's called withco, stands for "with company." my friends all of the country i get to see him in april for a walk on stage and nothing brings people together more than a cocktail pay whether there is alcohol in it or not. the good thing about withco, i discovered as a pilot, i fly my band sometimes to and from joseph. those of the nights that i can't drink, sadly. i'm able to use this with a -- make it a fake cocktail. i'm not sure what we have in these classes tonight. probably the real thing. "the great disappearance" by david jeremiah is available now everywhere fine books are sold. ♪ ♪ [cheers and applause] >> jesse: welcome back to "the five" live from nashville. pro-hamas lunatics causing anarchy outside the dnc. >> back, back. >> jesse: at least six officers injured after 150 israel-hating agitator storm the dnc headquarters unlocked the doors. protesters calling themselves peaceful as they flung for seven pepper sprayed cops. the chaos causing democrats inside to evacuate and house offices to be locked down. so far, only one arrest. the insanity continued today. one of the rabid protesters confronting the democrat who called their antics pro-terrorist. >> sir, sir, what is the strategy to do that? >> i've got to get your organization to call for hamas to disarm. that's my strategy. >> call for netanyahu to stop saying that they are going to raze gauze onto the ground. >> jesse: blocking traffic in bridges. you know i feel about traffic. what should happen? >> judge jeanine: you have six cops injured. according to the capitol police, 150 people acting illegally. one person is arrested. here's a gem. they brought out the national guard on tuesday for the israeli peace march where there was no violence at all. no one got arrested. to me, this is just wednesday and biden's america. the sad part about all of this is their calling for de-escalation. they are calling for a decrease in the violence. we want a cease-fire. they are doing it violently. i mean, it makes no sense. it's contradictory to do everything we are supposed to be doing. that is just tlaib and the squad and what they believe in. >> jesse: jessica, your party is running wild. what do you have to savor yourself question right >> jessica: we have talked about this before it's not my party. members of the squad did come out and defend it and say it was the right to peacefully protest of the ones who were peacefully protesting, that's their prerogative but that's not what was going on. i don't know what they thought they were going to accomplish at the dnc. it's a weird location to go and do this. i think the juxtaposition of the 290,000 people who were at the march for israel completely peaceful, who all went through and checked in, stood there and listened to speeches for hours and then you see this. just a couple days later. it was quite stark. i wasn't on the show right after so i just wanted to say that i found all of the speech is very powerful but in particular curing from the families who also spoke about the innocent palestinian lives. this is not something that is lost on people, that there are innocent people on the other side of this. but a cease-fire is an win for hamas and that's just not happening. >> jesse: do you understand the fact, tyrus, the only one person was arrested after that kind of behavior? >> tyrus: unfortunately i do understand that we all understand it because probably that person was out by the afternoon. the difference between the two groups is belief and passion. if i care about something and i want peace, i'm going to push it. i'm going to be the biggest monstrous peaceful man because if i promote peace maybe they will too. but these marches aren't about the palestinians. these marches are about what we just saw. they want the police to engage with them. they want violence. you can never have a mostly peaceful protests of the five of us are up here and we are all peacefully protesting and dana decides to throw something, it's no longer peaceful protest. we look at her and we are like, this is why you don't get to drink.
