florida secretary of state cory byrd has cleaned up his state's system enjoins us now. how do we tighten this thing up? >> the best thing for states to do is follow florida's lead. if you look at the 2020 election we are the third largest state in the country and had results of what happened in florida. we can predict the winner within two and a half hours of the polls closing. even though we had a great election in 2020, the state didn't rest on laurels under ron desantis leadership. we band ballot harvesting. we band drop boxes. we've created the office of election crimes and security where we are going after and prosecuting people for election fraud. >> what about the fact that there are zillions of mail-in ballots and are all over the eco. people are going into nursing homes and apartment complexes. how do you allow people to vote by mail but also prevent the fraud. >> what we did in florida is after the 2022 general election, all mail-in ballot requests were canceled in florida. anybody who wants to vote in the 2024 election will have to send in a new request so we don't have these legacy requests for people who have been on the books for years. they have all been canceled. we are starting fresh and making sure that those people who are requesting a boat by mail in the we are validating who there. we are tightening up restrictions on what types of residences and places where there is a vote by mail ballot which can be afforded to. we put in the deadlines of when those ballots have to be returned. in other states they only have to be postmarked by election day. in florida that vote by mail ballot has to be in by the time the polls close on election day or it doesn't count. >> i'm share the democrats are hysterical about it. that means, we know exactly what that means. thank you. >> thank you. it's been two weeks and senator blackburn sought a subpoena to get access to jeffrey epstein's flight logs. senator dick durbin won't allow it. so he paid him a visit. >> why won't you subpoena jeffrey epstein's flight logs?
