This charming apartment in a Greek Revival house was originally a boarding house. It's been updated with modern comforts like a washer/dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, and excellent Wi-Fi while retaining characteristic vintage elements, including a pedestal sink, hardwood floors, marble-topped tables, and an old-school front porch with comfy Adirondack chairs. The upstairs master bedroom is huge, with a Queen-size bed and club chair with a footstool for lounging, plus a roomy separate dressing room that adds a patrician note. The second bedroom has Twin beds made up with a hodgepodge of colorful sheets, just right for kids. The kitchen has a nostalgic enamel sink, a big butcher block island, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a feast, including Royal Doulton dishware, cake tins, and condiments. Outside, the yard is framed by berry bushes and dotted with fruit trees, plus there's a picnic table for al fresco meals cooked on the grill.
