with impeachment plans. we are going to have the very latest coming up. donald trump jr. will respond to all of this. who also have a full report from our crisis, and it is a crisis at our southern border. but first, on saturday without any republican support, the u.s. senate passed their own version of the $1.9 trillion so-called emergency covid relief bill. but unfortunately, this far left a spending spree, socialist spending spree, yeah, has next to nothing to do with the emergency relief. ted cruz, only 9% of the bill is actually dedicated to health care. some, by the way, foreign health care. both of the spending includes a $350 billion budget bailout that will go to irresponsible blue states, compliments of hardworking taxpayers from responsible red states who elect governors and assemblies and senates that actually balance their budget, keep taxes low, fund their pensions. yeah, you get the idea. legislation also provides one time a $1400 payment to certain people while many americans will not be eligible. if you are a felon, you will likely qualify for payments from behind bars. this is going to be great for the commissary. this includes convicted murderers by the way. many illegal immigrants could also qualify as well as other noncitizens. and as we had previously reported, hundreds of billions of dollars in this so-called emergency spending bill will not be touched until after 2022. some come until after 2024 and some even as late as 2028. according to joe biden, this bill is really good for our economy, or at least that is what he tried to say. during some rare public remarks, and as always, it goes predictably well, not perfectly. >> one more thing. the vast majority of economists, left, right, and center, from wall street to the private economic polling initiatives, the economist, as i said, left, right, and center say in addition to the needs of the people, we need this to grow the economy. >> sean: kind of scary when you think putin is watching, hostile regime, kim jong un are watching. what the -- is going on with joe biden? we will update you. we will have an update for the day coming up. earlier, he literally forgot. he forgot the name of his own secretary of defense. i don't know, maybe nobody wrote it down on a special card that he carries with him. he also referred to the pentagon as that outfit over there. so, he forgot the name of the pentagon. don't believe me, got the painful tape. you to side. >> i want to thank you both and i want to thank the former general, i keep calling him general. the guy who runs that outfit over there. i want to make sure we thank the secretary for all he has done to try to implement what we just talked about. >> sean: the general that runs that thing over there, the pentagon? i still think forgetting endowed by the come all, you know the thing. endowed by their creator. the creator of everything. i think we know why joe biden has not conducted a single press conference, nor has he given us a date for the state of the union address. he is clearly not capable. they've got to really build to a crescendo here. but the bottom line is the narrative remains the same. the press is now saying openly that he looks weak and frail and is struggling cognitively. and now it is pretty much every day and every day seems to get worse, and worse, and worse. and we are just, well, we are the people that are actually honest and truthful. set it about mccain, set it about reagan. why can't they bring it up your? did you not see what they displayed you? he is just so busy he doesn't have time to hold a press conference. are we supposed to believe this? >> when can we expect the president to hold a conference? he took questions twice yesterday, which is an opportunity for people covering the white house to ask him about whatever news is happening on any given day. we look forward to holding a press conference in the coming weeks before the end of the month but this president came in during an historic crisis, two historic crisis and i would say that his focus again is on getting recovery to the american people and he looks forward to continuing to engage with all of you. >> sean: you are going to need to circle back with a better ally than that. i personally, i'm not buying it. too busy? what do you mean by too busy? too busy to have questions with we, the american people? joe, that is part of your job. you are the president. remember? this is getting embarrassing. keep in mind, every single modern president has given a full on press conference by this point in the presidency. trump, he spoke almost daily to the mob and the media. all previous presidents somehow found the time that joe can't find. instead of a press conference on thursday, joe biden apparently will be marking the one-year anniversary of covid shutdowns with what will be a heavily-scripted prime time address. but tonight, we have another anniversary to celebrate. it was exactly one year ago today when dr. anthony fauci told you, the american people not to wear a mask. don't believe it? you decide. >> people should not be walking around with masks. >> you are sure of it? because people are listening really closely to this. >> nobody needs to be walking around with a mask. >> when you are in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask migt make people feel a little bit better and it might even block a droplet. but it is not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. and often, there are unintended consequences. >> sean: i'm not even blaming dr. fauci. a lot of people didn't know what we were dealing with at the time but that was a year ago. now he has gone from no mask to one mass. now he wants you to wear two masks. even after you are vaccinated. that is new. my point is dr. fauci and all the experts have been wrong a lot. he is far from it. now he is playing politics, which is sad. for months, the same could be said about andrew cuomo. we will have the very latest on his scandal blowing up even bigger tonight as we speak. but first, let's take a look at what the ever so loved by the media mob andrew cuomo has to say about covid-19 around a year ago also. take a look. >> we have the best health care system in the world here. and excuse our arrogance as new yorkers. i speak for the mayor also on this one. we have the best health care system on the planet right here in new york. so, when you are saying what happens in other countries versus what happened here, we don't even think it is going to be as bad as it was in other countries. we are fully coordinated. we are fully mobilized. this is all about mobilization of a public health system. >> sean: within weeks, he was relying on donald trump for everything. the hospitals reached capacity. president trump stepped up. he constructed, he staffed. he manned. a massive emergency field hospital. 3,000 beds. all of the ppe. all of the masks, gowns, shields come everything. and all of the ventilators. he also provided more emergency relief by sending 1,000 -- it was converted to handle covid-19 patients and the center beds went 80% on use. instead, he freed up space at new york hospitals sending the elderly patients infected with covid right back into nursing homes and ultimately this led to a massive outbreak among new york's most vulnerable population. the state of new york is one of the highest per capita death rates in the entire world. that didn't stop cuomo from writing a book about his tremendous leadership on covid. all the while, by june, they were actively working to cover up the true death toll in the state's nursing will. that is pretty disgraceful conduct. we will have more on that coming up. we need to turn our attention to another bill. u.s. senate, you need to check in with your senator. we have been warning you about it. this bill, don't listen to the media mob. they are wrong as usual. this will destroy all integrity in future elections. it would eliminate all confidence in future election results with one of the biggest most unconstitutional power grabs in modern history. if passed, the federal government would be able to assert its constitutional authority to conduct elections with a series of mandates. that would include a mandate for same-day voter registration. a mandate for weeks and weeks of never ending in early voting. a mandate for automatic voter registration. it would legalize voting for convicted felons, even those convicted of election fraud. it would give democrats the power to eliminate all voter i.d. requirements. none whatsoever. in other words, hr one makes election fraud that much easier and likely institutionalizes it. and get this. according to the actual language and the legislation, any legal constitutional challenge "shall be filed in the united states district court for the district of columbia. why they are? it is one of the most radical far left courts in the country. let's go judge shopping while we are at it. in other words, this bill is trying to preblock and any and all constitutional legal challenges. it is insane. now, it won't pass in the senate if joe manchin and senator sinema, if they continue with their promise not to end the legislative filibuster, although joe seemed to go wobbly over the weekend. if you are a voter in west virginia and you care about the integrity of our elections, you might want to get involved right about now. let your voices be heard. here with reaction to all of this, fox news legal analyst, former press secretary, you know, when you think about it, constitution is clear. you went to harvard. i think you have a pretty good understanding that state legislators decide the place, the manner that this would take place appeared in your view, is that unconstitutional? >> look, was unconstitutional was overriding the will of the state legislator, who is the person who is in control of the time, manner, place of election. they can come in and to assert that power, which is exactly what they are trying to do. you would have a hard time challenging that in court. this would be a travesty. registering to vote at 16 years of age. legalizing ballot harvesting and federalizing of our elections. they saw that it worked last time and now they are just trying to make it the law of the land. seizing on a pandemic and then doubling down on that in noncovid years. it would be a travesty for many years to come. >> sean: you worked with the president and talk with the press a lot. even if you have the day off, you would still be working come obviously but he would be doing the talking to the media. did so quite often and quite regularly, more than any modern president that i can think of. but joe is yet to have time to have a formal press conference, which now has gone on longer without one fan and newly "elected president" in modern history. you have seen the tapes. do you think they are trying to hide them from the american people? >> there is no doubt about it. they hid it from the american people during the entirety of the election. they check the box every few months when finally a left-wing network piped up and said he hasn't answered questions. they check the box and moved on. i didn't have to do daily briefings because the american people heard directly from the commander-in-chief on his way to marine 1 at the white house podium. i would be boarding for a second time and they would say run back out there. that is transparency and joe promised that but he is giving us nothing but the sort. he forgot the name of the pentagon and his own defense secretary. it is probably a good strategy from a p.r. perspective. >> sean: as you look, you see what is going on now. all of the previous covid relief bills were bipartisan. this one is not. a lot of the monies, as we pointed out, ted cruz pointed out, is not going to covid relief. this is the big liberal radical socialist hit list, if you will come of things that they ever want or need as radical leftists. >> that's right and they are admitting it, sean. jen was at the podium today and touted this as the most progressive piece of legislation in history. president trump did 5 iterations of bipartisan covid relief. imagine if he had promised bipartisanship. reaching across the aisle. the great dealmaker. and then said we just passed the most conservative bill in modern history without a single democrat by her side. we would be mocked and ridiculed. this is the most progressive bill. it is a liberal wish list with a $2 trillion price tag that we will all have to live with. >> sean: welcome again to the fox family. great to have you. joining us is fox news contributor. we call him the podcast king himself. a healthy dan bongino. am i allowed to talk about this? am i allowed to talk about the great news? >> always. you have a free pass to talk about everything. >> sean: obviously been very public about some health struggles. you got a clean bill of health. i couldn't be happier for my fellow warrior. >> thanks. notice i'm smiling tonight. i'm all happy. i feel good. >> sean: a little bit edgy lately. i have been going through it. believe me, i've been praying. let me get to this whole issue of biden and where we are and the radicalism on display. dana, i will start with you. he wobbled. he said, no, i am still for the legislative filibuster. i'm not forgetting rid of it but it should be much harder. and i'm like, okay, here comes the pressure from schumer and his fellow radical socialists. >> yeah, i know, and sean, i was thinking the same thing. dan, by the way, we were praying for you, my friend. i am so happy that your news is good. we are also grateful for that. sean, to answer your question, or just to discuss the whole issue. he is in danger. he is one of these endangered democrats. i don't think -- he is caught between a rock and a hard place because his contest constituents were trump voters. he's got all of the democrat establishment that are pressuring him to bend the knee. he was doing really good at first but i think we were all wondering how much pressure can one person take? it is's legacy also on the line and who else knows. to that point, i wish that the media talked as much about the civil war that is on the left as they try to pick apart the right. where are democrats going? who is driving this ship? who is in charge of the party? apparently it is not joe biden. i don't think he knows because we actually can't hear from him. >> sean: as i am watching all of this, i am saying all right, this is real danger here. because we know that looking into the issue of packing the courts. this seems to me, i get the sense that the democrats feel they probably will lose in 2022. they are looking at this as their only shot to ram everything down the country's throat and they are going for it all. >> yeah, the country will never be the same. if we lose the filibuster and they get d.c. statehood, puerto rico statehood as well. remember, not just attacking the supreme court. packing lower-level courts. 90% plus cases don't even make it and they were close supreme court. they get decided. all you've got to do is pack the d.c. state of appeals and we are all screwed anyway. you will don't even need the supreme court. forget about that. even worse, we haven't even adjusted spending bills. there is no money. to listen to me, america. we have no more money. we are spending money we don't have. there is no money. there is no money. zero. there is no money. i saw this in "the wall street journal" today, sean. the average american family owes $227,000 in debt. every single american owes $81,000 and they are still trying to pack this thing full of goodies. they are trying to do a student loan forgiveness thing and they are trying to make it so that you don't have to pay taxes if they discharge the loan. they have backed out of there too so that even if biden discharges all of the student loans in america, you have to pay for your rich neighbor's college fund for his kid. they don't even have to pay taxes on it later. we are living in crazy town, i'm telling you. >> sean: and then dana, they want to bake into the hr 1 quart shopping so that you are stuck only going to the d.c. circuit court where the kind of -- >> yeah, they are planning the results, sean. in addition to that, it's a war on free speech. they are also putting the public on the hook for helping to finance campaigns, which is insane. they wanted a complete assault on free speech. i was shocked at some of the things that they can compose and there not be any consideration for any challenge on this. to remove from states their ability to police the integrity? to remove states management? that is unconstitutional, sean. how to something like that get past? >> sean: you are right. god is great. prayers are answered. we are glad you are back full-time in the fight. >> thank you for everything. >> we are going to get in the octagon. i'm kidding. [laughter] all right, coming up. he will join us to break down day one trial in the george floyd case. a scandal for governor cuomo. more accusers coming forward and now impeachment efforts have begun. donald trump jr. will join us with reaction straight ahead. ♪ ♪ ♪ got my hair ♪ ♪ got my head ♪ ♪ got my brains ♪ ♪ got my ears ♪ ♪ got my heart ♪ ♪ got my soul ♪ ♪ got my mouth ♪ ♪ i got life ♪ as someone with hearing loss i know what a confusing and frustrating experience getting hearing aids can be. that's why i founded lively. affordable, high-quality hearing aids with all of the features you need, and none of the hassle. i use lively hearing aids and it's been wonderful. it's so light and so small but it's a fraction of the cost of the other devices. they cost thousands less. it's insanely user friendly. you take the hearing test online, the doctor programs in the settings. you don't even need to go into an office. they're delivered to your door in a few days and you're up and running in no time. it connects via bluetooth to my phone. you can stream music and you can answer phone calls. the audiologist was so incredible she's full of all kinds of little helpful hints i love it. they're a game changer for me. i feel like i can take on anything. it feels great to be in control of my hearing. better hearing has never been this easy. try lively risk-free for 100 days. visit listenlively.com four, five, turn, kick. we got chased by these wild coyotes! they were following her because she had beef jerky in her pocket.
