this staffer not named yet was allegedly assaulted inside the governor's private residence while she was on location to fix an issue with his mobile phone. she claims he shut the door and fondle t her body under her blouse. governor cuomo is denying the allegation but if true this could spell the end for governor andrew cuomo. plus the latest from our crisis at the wide open southernd border. our investigative team is back on the ground at the border tonight in the great state of arizona. the way, senator mark kelly, where are you on this crisis that is emerging. are you denying it's a crisis also? the people of arizona deserve to know. and later, we'll have a full report on the democrats' latest efforts to destroy your second amendment and this is not a test. this is indeed a clear and present danger to your second amendment rights. a but 1st, just after 9:00 p.m. on the east coast, 6:00 p.m. on the west coast, that means it's approximately, oh, two hours or so after joe biden's beddie time, he's likely fast asleep after what's been a very long and exhausting week for the president. yesterday, he managed to have one agenda item and hold one public event. again today, just one very short scripted speech where he was struggling to keep his focus on theg tiny little letters and words in the teleprompter. just look specifically -- look at his eyes here. he's h digging in deep locking , not locking out, just to get through those prepared remarks. joe, does one event a day -- kind of looks like he needs a nap, desperately. of course, still no press conference, still no joint address to congress. that would be called the state of the union. still, his vice president, vice president kamala harris, is taking solo calls with world leaders, that's the commander-in-chief's job. according to a generous fluff piece in politico, the biden blitz is coming. it's now coming. this article claiming biden has been hunkered down for weeks not because he's struggling cognitively or weak or frail or incapable of speaking completely coherently but because he's had to organize the vaccination distribution plan, you know, the one that donald trump had already organized and handed over to him along with threee different vaccines? trump gave him those, too. and joe, truth be told, had absolutely nothing to do withnd the $1.9 trillion schumer/pelosi payoff bill. joe didn't write it nor did he negotiate it, but now get ready, america, because politico claims that biden will probably hold more public events in coming weeks including tomorrow's primetime speech about covid-19 and, of course, the upcoming state of the union address. now, let me make a prediction. joe's been practicing probably all week for the speech tomorrow night. he'll do fine. it'll be a short 15-minute rah-rah we're doing great speech and turning the corner and then it'll be tomorrow. he practiced all day today. it'll be a short, scripted speech. they'll make the font really, really big so he doesn't really have to squint and dial in the way we saw today as much as usual and joe will probably also, yeah, he could survive the state of the union address. if we're going to be honest and completely truthful, it's probably the easiest speech anyone's ever giving, because you read two lines and then you pause for all of the applause and then you read three more lines and then you pause for all the applause. it's actually perfectly suited for joe. slow, comfortable pace for joe biden, perfectly suited for somebody that is frail and weak and struggling cognitively. sure, they'll probably get a bigger prompter than usual, and, of course, after inadequate performance during both of those -- after an adequate performance during both of those speeches, people will say, sure, hannity! he did fine. there's only one problem, anyone with eyes and ears could see and hear that joe is not totally fine.se our sources close to the white house are describing how complete panic has set in all things biden's world. yesterday's brand-new rasmuse 'em poll revealing half of the country is now worried that -- rasmussen poll revealing half of the country is now worried that joe biden is not up to the job. a brand-new op ed in the "washington times" reads, "it's time to question biden's mental health. " this is why we got that biden team, leaked the fluff piece to politico about the so-called behind blitz. let me be clear. there won't be a blitz. remember the hardware story yesterday? here is a hammer. mr. president, will you answer the question? all right, thank you, guys of g. we have to go. it'll be that kind of a blitz. president trump talked too much to the press every night. multiple public, unscripted events. by the way, i don't think donald trump was ever asleep before 1:00 a.m. during his entire privacy and i -- presidency and i doubt he slept over five hours his entire life. that was a blitz. the so-called biden blitz on the other hand will consist of him giving a few speeches written by his staff kept relatively short along with heavily orchestrated and controlled public outings, but it won't matter, we can already see that joe lost, if he ever had one, his fast ball, his curve ball, knuckle ball and even his slow pitch. we actually have real video to compare joe biden in 2012 and joe biden in 2016 versus joe biden from just the last three weeks. this is only video of joe from the last three weeks and you compare it to 2012 and 2016 and as always, we let you decide. >> he sent me 2 letters saying by the way can you send me some stimulus money for companies here in the state of wisconsin? we sent millions of dollars. >> you know, the idea that, hmmm -- carry a card with me every day with the full number of folks. >> sean: now they have a new plan, it won't trust you anymore. follow your instincts. >> i want to thank the former general. i keep calling him general. my guy -- the guy who runs that outfit over there. i want to make sure we thank the secretary. >> they put one foot in front of the other. they keep going. w that's the unbreakable spirit of the people of america. that's who we are. >> and representatives, hmmm, shirley jackson green and garcia. excuse me. pinell -- what am i doing here? i am going to lose track. >> sean: lose track again. we will ask the question the media mob is afraid to ask but know is happening. what is going on with the president of the united states of america joe biden. is there something medically wrong here? we the people have enough to know. i've hadeo enough of people telling me, hannity, you need to be a little bit more compassion for joe. i've got compassion. it's painful to watch. this is supposed to the leader of the free world. this is supposed to be our commander-in-chief. it's the hardest job on earth which is where the media job and big tech should not have created what i described as the candidate protection program. he's either up to the task of this program or not and it matters big time for the entire world. now, you want to talk about compassion? i want to argue that compassion should have come from all the people around joe biden that knew of his struggles and worked overtime to hide and cover up all of this and purposefully hide vital information about a presidential candidate from you, the american peopledi. where was their compassion for joe? like for example, joe's friends media mob. they had no problem raising cognitive concerns about ronald reagan and john mccain. let's take a look at this report from the associated press. again, you decide. >> if he wins the general election, he'll be the oldest person to assume the presidency. >> he's getting on the upper end of the comfort zone for americans who wonder whether he's going to have sort of the vigor and the health as president. >> mccain's opponent, barack obama, will soon be 47. an associated press yahoo! poll suggests that mccain's advanced sage more of an issue for -- age is more of an issue for voters than obama's views. >> there were more questions raised about ronald reagan in 1984. "the washington post" openly wondered if reagan had lost his "old fire with age." an article in the "new york times" titled "the age issue" claimed reagan's advisers knew he was struggling and, "thisdv s why they keep him out of press conferences as much as possible." age may have been a factor in his faltering performance. so one question: what does the "new york times" have to say about joe biden being kept away from the press? watch this. >>e if i didn't -- [indistinct talking in the background] come on, press we're going move out. let's go, press. >> mr. president, can you pass voting rights with the filibuster in its current form do you think? >> i can talk to you about that later. >> mr. president, whatever happened to your promise from seven weeks ago -- >> come on, peter, thank you. bye-bye. thank you. >> mr. president, what will you unveil your build back better plan? >> thank you. >> thank you. thank you. thank you. and i'm happy to take questions if that what i'm supposed to do, me to whatever you want do. [beep] >> so who made that decision to go to bars and tone? well, the "new york times" and "washington post" or the a.p. actually report on joe biden'sy obvious struggles or are these outlets just a propaganda waiting for the democratic party which i've been telling you they are for a long time. the question and the answer is obvious. now, in the meantime, americanss deserve to know. you, the american people, have a right to know who is really in charge here, because if you're looking at 1600 pennsylvania avenue, well, the lights are on. they're always onn, but it appears tonight we could report that no one really seems to be at home. hear with reaction is author of thee best seller "fire is brand" florida congressman matt gaetz and fox news contributor dan bongino. dan, we'll start with you tonight. the book comes out and it says that the strategy of the biden campaign was to keep the crazy uncle hidnent basement. that was their strategy. the media mob, big tech, protected him and went on the tack for him against all things -- on the attack for him against all things donald trump. now, the question is if he's struggling cognitively, do we have a right to know? is it a legitimate question to ask who knew what and when? and why didn't you tell the ican people? >> hell yeah it's a legitimate question and a national security concern. if we have a cognitively impaired president of the united states a fingertip away from the nuclear codes, is that not the most important question? is there another question that matters right now? it's the critical question. couple things on this i just want to make points on here. number one, the media knew, so anybody telling you during the campaignyb that people in the media were unaware of the condition of joe biden because it's worse than you know, they're lying to you so let's throw that out of there. there's a couple indicators of how bad things are. i'll get to one of them now. did you notice, sean, given my prior line of work, i can sense patterns in presidencies. i worked for three of them. you notice there's no otr's, off the record movements, with joe biden. it's relatively through. off the record movements are unscripted movements. obama would pop into a five guys and order a burger. notice you don't see many of those with biden? why do you think that is? because biden doesn't like burgers? no, it's because they need everything scripted all the time because god forbid he goes off script and gets asked a question, he doesn't have the capacity to answer ithe or they don't trust him to. >> sean: matt gaetz, never known you to be anything other than a fire brand. what's your take on all of this? >> dan mentioned the nuclear codes. it's worth voting that democrats on m the house armed services committees have actually sought to democratize those codes so joe biden wouldn't have the authority to be able to launch a first strike in hisis current condition and, look, biden is our president. we want him to be well. we hope he's well, but we also have eyes. i remember the 2012 campaign, they would say "fired up, ready for joe." now it's more like "ready for nap time." if donald trump was the gold standard of presidencies, joe bide cent silver alert of presidencies -- biden is the silver alert of presidencies. >> sean: i think we might be down to copper. >> youte see what happened to te biden dogs. they sent the biden family dogs back to delaware. if that's what they'll do to the dogs, imagine what they'll do to joe biden. joe f they offer to take you to -- joe f they offer to take you to the farm back in wilmington, don't go. they might not mean it. >> sean: it's painful to watch. i know peopleo -- i actually defended, by the way, i did not want the family dog member euthanized. i went on the record last night on that. look, nobody -- it's painful to see. i'm just being blunt, dan bongino, i don't take any joy. this is the president of the united states of americae here, but this is also nuclear codes. this is the leader of the free world. this is our commander-in-chief, and i'm hoping that it's nothing.r- now, james clyburn was on with neil cavuto yesterday and actually suggested well, he may have an issue with stuttering. the only problem is he didn't have it in 2016 or 2012. >> yeah. >> sean: and when did this "problem" start to emerge? so i don't like the fact that other people would put him in that position and secondly, on the other hand, i don't like our enemies -- and we have plenty of them, russia, china, iran, north korea to start -- thinking we are as a country being led by someone that is struggling like this. >> yeah, yeah. yes to number one. there's nothing funny about this. this is -- this is -- you're looking at a strategy in live time. number one. number two, to reiterate my prior point, yes, this is a national security issue! let me add china, russia, our enemies, let me add isis, al-qaeda and others. you think they're not watching this? the man is clearly collapsing sean. the cognitive conditions deteriorate in an exponential fashion, in other words t gets bad really, really fast. we're only two months in. how is he going last another three years plus? we're only two months in. .>> >> sean: i want american president toesn succeed. socialism -- presidents to succeed. socialism will fail but i want american presidents strong and successful. that's it for the safety and the success of the country. thank you very much, gentlemen. now to the border, every single day, the crisis -- yes, it's a crisis -- it getting worse and worse. an adviser was rolled out to address the ever-going crisis -- yes, crisis. unfortunately for joe, she accidentally admitted the truth. how'd that happen? that is policies are causing the crisis. take a look. >> would you describe what is happening on the border as a crisis given how these numbers are spiking so much week by week? >> you know, i think the -- i really -- i'mee not trying to be cute here, but i think the fact of the matter is we have to do what we do regardless of what anybody calls the situation and whatever you call it wouldn't change what we're doing. >> do you think it's a coincidence as soon as trump and his immigration policy was on the way out and biden and his immigration policy is on the way in, the historic surge at the border started ? >> we've seen surges before. surges tend to respond to hope and there was a significant hope for a more humane policy after fourur years of pent-up demand. so i don't know whether i would call that a coincidence. >> sean: a rare moment of truth amid a pack of lies. joining us now with an actual report from the border in tucson, arizona, tonight, last week in texas, fox news contributor, investigative reporter sara carter is with us. sara, you've been out all day. tell us what is going on and compare the differences between texas and arizona. >> reporter: well, i got to tell you, sean, border patrol agents here out in arizona and the border patrol union are warning this is a serious crisis, not just what we talked about last week, the humanitarian crisis where we see the surge of young people crossing into the united states over the texas/mexico border, but here, there's been an exponential increase in our narcotics trafficking because of that what is happening here is we have an enormous drug war on the other side of the border. sinaloa controlling this area where we're at in arizona that borders mexico. our agents are spread so thin dealing with young people, the drug cartels are using the open spaces because thege biden administration basically halted the continuation of the border wall. they're using those open spaces to bring those drugs in i spent the day with art dequeto, vice president of the southwest region for the national border patrol council. here's what he had to say? >> what cartel controls this territory? >> this being northern sonora just south of us, the sinaloa cartel is in charge of this area. >> reporter: pablo guzman has been -- >> his people but now there's a drug -- there's a serious drug war going on just southle of us with two different factors that are fighting each other for control of this area. those drugs are not just affecting the border. those drugs are going into middle america. they're going all over the country affecting kids. t there's a true epidemic in this country when it comes to high school kids and heroin and it's coming through this border. >> reporter: oh yeah, now they crawled all the way to the end of this road -- >> and you can see where that mountain ends up there? >> reporter: right. >> that's smugglers -- that's called smuggler's gulch. over there is smuggler's canyon. >> reporter: you're seeing an increase in cuban? >> people think it's central americans and all of those issues but you're getting people from all over the place that are coming through here. >> reporter: i've heard romania? >> everywhere. romania and pakistan and you don't know who they are and again >, the big issue is whoe you not apprehending? because they don't operate on a budget. they don't have a budget. you't don't know how much they'e putting into organizations to come bring people across and my biggest fear is obviously not who we're apprehending but it's who we're not apprehending and america needs to understand that. >> reporter: sean, shortly after we left the area near smuggler's canyon, over 60 people were apprehended coming into the country from the border on where we were at. i got a number on the got-aways. they're guesstimating on how many. this year alone, 39,000 got-aways is what they're estimating, possibly even closer to 40,000 and i want to you think about this, where we were gnat texas in the del rio sector, he estimated 17,000 got-aways this year. this is a crisis in arizona. it's a crisis they want the american people to understand and know about and just remember, not everyone is coming from central america. we've got people from all over the world.ce >> sean: the cdc said americans should not travel to central america right now. you see a lot of these images. no social distancing and no masks. one town in texas, 25% positive rate for covid and then you still haven't had access to the cargo containers were children are being held with the tiny window with bars on it and butterflies supposedly on the walls. no one will let us in. is that true? >> reporter: that is true and i've been talking to a lot of sources on the ground, both in federal law enforcement and people in the area where those cargo containers are and they have been told in absolutely no circumstances that any photographs are supposed to be leaking from there. they're watching it like a hawk. the dh is very careful and, remember, mayorkas refuse to call this a crisis but he's now asking for volunteers to come help out at the border. go figure?
