[overlapping reporter questions] >> playing politics with the w war? >> greg: oh, boy. the "time" magazine interview also chock-full of senior moments, bumbling biden was forgetting facts from the leaders of china and russia and then challenging the reporter to a fight when asked if he is too old. brawler biden saying "i can do it better than anybody you know. you are looking at me, i can take you, too." as usual, morning joe defending senile joe. >> they are using people around johnson and kevin mccarthy, to do this trump hit piece on joe biden. they are talking about international affairs. if you want to talk about how to get bipartisan legislation, joe biden is light years ahead of all of them. >> he's not going to age backwards. he doesn't benjamin button here. >> anybody who has spent any time at all with joe biden was one thing about joe biden above all else: he's a talker. >> he is sharp, he is engaged, and he is commanding. president biden reflects the fact that all of us who have demanding lives in public service sometimes a misspeak. >> greg: all right, dana, let's examine the article itself. >> dana: okay. >> greg: you might not know this, but it was carefully and sensitively edited. the author, i believe, was a previous democrat press secretary. >> dana: yes, yes. >> greg: and it was three different meetings over several months, dating back to january. i'm not sure if you are aware this information. >> dana: [laughs] >> greg: i get the sense that this was an intentional -- an intentional project from the democrats, not from the republicans. >> dana: it wouldn't surprise me. remember the abc poll that 86% of americans, that included democrats, believed that biden was too old to run. and it was also because these things were happening and then people were talking to the media. and yes, one of the reporters was a democratic house press secretary, i believe, and then she became a reporter. she's been there forever. for people to say this is a hit job from "the wall street journal," i think it just belies the fact, you know people are saying, kevin mccarthy is quoted throughout on the record, but he also had this. "the wall street journal" did their work within the white house went into overdrive. okay? then they tried to over correct, and they asked the democrats who are quoted in the article to call the reporters back and to say, i just want to make sure you know that biden is really with it and the reporter is like, why are you calling me back? in the story, it says, the white house told me to call you back. so then they are overplaying their hand. and so everything is just too much. do you remember when "the new york times," i believe, did a story about kamala harris? they had 70 sources saying she was a tough person to work for, before all of the many makeovers. was "the new york times" a hit job? the other thing i wanted to point out about this as i'm concerned. i feel like there is no vision for the country. coming from the candidates come at the moment. trump tries, i believe, but then he gets pulled into talking about his trials and everything that the democrats have thrown at them. you know, the debate is three weeks from tomorrow, maybe we will see them set out this vision but i feel like the country is like, wait, where are we going, guys? what are we doing? immigration, going to do the executive order, he is, he's not, then you look at ukraine, they can use the missiles, they can't, they can, they won't. even on israel, biden is like, he is, he's not. he's mad but he's not, he's an ally but he's not. i'm thinking, is it incoherence as a policy, or is the president not being clear in his thinking to tell the people who work for him, this is what he wants. that's the kind of conclusion that i came to after all of that good information provided. >> greg: yes, i do think that was the point that was being made by the people that want him out. jesse, i have a theory i'd like to share with you. >> jesse: please. >> greg: this article has a bigger mission to tell everyone it's okay to vote for trump. remember, in 2016 and 2020, you didn't go out of your way to say that you were voting for trump because it would be too much risk. the article is basically giving you the blessing to say, yeah, i'm going to vote for trump. i'm not crazy about him but look at this guy. it comes down to what is riskier. and this article said biden is far more risky as president. that's what i got. i think that's the mission. >> jesse: it's a great cover story. is a great excuse for people that are looking for an excuse. >> greg: exactly. >> jesse: to tell their friends and family and coworkers about why they're not voting for joe biden. and i just want to be fair to the president, it's a hard job. it's a hard job for a 45-year-old. it's a hard job for anybody. he's got two wars going on. you got intelligence officials telling them things that we don't even know about that he's probably stressed about. his son is on gun charges, you know, trial, and i don't know, he's got it to deal with peter doocy every time he walks around. >> greg: got to you, jesse. >> jesse: i'm maturing, i'm a little more compassionate than it used to be. but let me just put that down. [laughter] >> greg: it was a set up. >> jesse: he ran for this office and has the greatest support staff anywhere in the world. he has hundreds of people in the white house. he has people polishing his shoes. he's got tailors and people briefing him. he's got people making sure he doesn't trip and fall. he's got a guy cutting his hair, he has aids, he has jeff's, he has pilots. they are presenting the best version of joe biden that we are ever going to see. when he goes out in public, they are giving us the best version of joe ever. and that is joe's flopping and stumbling and telling stories about his uncle was eaten by cannibals. it doesn't get any better than that. what we are seeing right now, in public, is the most alert and alive and polished joe biden ever. and so, the public has now gotten three times to see what it's like behind the scenes. you had that book outcome i think he said the guy was old and doddering. of the report that he was too old and doddering to stand trial and now this, 45 republicans and democrats went on the record. this wasn't like mccarthy just spilled the beans to the journal. this is 45 people saying what it is like behind the scenes. he loses track of negotiations in the middle of a negotiation. he needs notecards to sit in a room and say obvious things to the other people in the room. he forgets names. at one point he said the meeting was delayed almost 10 minutes because the president was moving so slowly to get into the chair, and he keeps his eyes closed for so long people think he is dozing off. so when you have a president who is creating crises, creating a crisis at the border, creating an inflation crisis, they connect the crisis with his age, and they say his age and his mental faculties are causing these bad policies, and now we resent the white house for covering it up. and that's where we get now, when joe biden loses, eventually, someone is going to spill the beans and say how this was one of the greatest white house cover ups of all time. >> greg: you know, judge, i do believe this article was planned for this specific time. it is already june. we already knew that jimmy carter was done in may, you know, around memorial day, and the other secret message, 45 sources. who is also 45? trump. see what i'm talking about? >> judge jeanine: of got to tell you, greg. the truth is that we didn't need "the wall street journal" or "the new york times" to tell us what we already knew. what we have been talking about, what we have been criticized for talking about, but now the liberal outlets are saying it, so i go to the very question that you are asking: why? is it to give other people permission, to let them say, you know, it's okay? but i've got to tell you, i come down -- the obvious stuff, the rambling and the mumbling and they are not releasing the audio of the her report, they released the transcript were not the audio because it's an ai fake or because it may hamper the integrity of the investigations, that is a bunch of nonsense because the umms and ahhs, pausw when his son died, didn't know when he was vice president, when he started or stopped. i have to say to myself, is jill biden so obsessed with being first lady that she has convinced herself that joe biden is the only person who can be commander in chief, or is it really an obsession with power and luxury and all of the things that she is not living -- willing to live without it, irrespective of the health and well-being of her husband? this man, it is not about his age, it is about his cognitive decline. how can a party let him go out there? how can these politicians lie to us? we know they are lying to us when they say he has more energy. didn't he just go to normandy and went to the hotel, didn't go to any of the events? [laughter] ahead, hunter's gun trial turns into a biden family affair, literally. hunter's sister-in-law and ex-lover ready to take the stand. ♪ ♪ here's to getting better with age. here's to beating these two every thursday. help fuel today with boost high protein, complete nutrition you need... ...without the stuff you don't. so, here's to now. boost. ♪ ♪ >> dana: fox news alert. get this. fulton county d.a. fani willis' case against former president donald trump has been halted. the georgia court of appeals blocking the election interference case from moving forward while it reviews the lower court ruling to keep willis on the case. trump and other defendants aid the district attorney should be tossed over her romantic relationship with nathan wade. so that news just in and now you know. and now onto this. day three of hunter biden's federal gun trial and it is a biden family reunion but not necessarily in a good way. the prosecution bringing out a slew of hunter's exes to text if i come including his former wif, kathleen buhle, who stood by hif marriage. she testified about the dozens of times she found drugs or paraphernalia and that her former husband was not acting like himself when on crack, becoming angry and short tempered. zoe kasten, hunter's ex-girlfriend, set hunter bideny 30 minutes. we are still awaiting testimony from hallie biden, that is hunter's former sister-in-law whom he dated in the aftermath of his brother's death. so her testimony as critical as she discovered the gun in hunter's truck, fearing he might use it to kill himself. and she disposed of it in a grocery store trash bin. we also heard from the gun shop employee who sold hunter the pistol. he saw the first sun answer no to the question about drug use on the gun form. that's a summary of today, judge, how did you see day three of this trial? >> judge jeanine: day three went very well for the prosecution. the case is moving quickly, as well it should. this is not a complicated case at all. tremendous circumstantial evidence and we have direct testimony coming, and with zoe, the girlfriend. the shame of this whole thing is there should have been a plea bargain here, but the democrats messed it up because what they tried to do was give him the courthouse and give him immunity for the rest of his life, so now these are the consequences. he's got to go to trial on this. you've got his own words from his audiobook that he was using crack, that crack was a beast, in 2018, in october, all he was doing was thinking about buying crack, where he could buy it, and feeding the beast. then you've got his ex-wife saying i do check the car before the girls went in it because i didn't want to find any drug paraphernalia or drugs and she apparently did. and then what you've got is you've got the store owner basically saying he won't know that he was not a legal drug user. i mean, this is about as clear as it gets. the only thing that's going to happen right now is the jury deciding because the people who prove case beyond a reasonable doubts, whether they want to convict him. jury nullification? will they feel sorry for hunter biden? jill has been there every day we are the biden,s, this case shoud be over with by next tuesday or wednesday. abbe lowell come on the one hand, once said the guy was so high he didn't know what he was doing or he really never considered himself a drug addict but there is a witness coming in to say he knows he is a drug addict even -- the defense will be blown away. >> dana: harold, how do you see it? >> harold: i see it the way the judge sees it. the prosecution continues to have good days. he has not. the defense has not been put on. i would be interesting to know what the judge -- i think i have heard his lawyers read where his lawyers have said that they have proven that he did drugs before. he applied for the gun after he got the gun but they don't know -- seems to me they are going to try to narrow in on some of the timing issues, which may be they are successful with that, but the first three days of not been good beards before jesse, do you feel bad for him? [laughter] >> jesse: i feel bad for the women involved. >> dana: yeah. >> greg: got one of them hooked on crack. >> jesse: you have the current wife watching. and the current wife is watching the ex-wife testify that hunter was a crackhead who left her and left all three of the children high and dry and rated the college funds. and then the ex-wife is looking at the current wife saying, good luck, babe. and then the ex-wife also has to listen to her testimony that hunter left her for a stripper named weedgirl69 and weedgirl69 testify she sees hunter at the four seasons, smoking crack, drinking vodka, and taking xanax xanax. and then jill, probably never even opened a laptop because she couldn't see it, they are showing it in evidence oh, my god, what a disaster, do i feel bad? of course i feel bad. i have more compassion than all of you combined. but hunter needs to pay a price eventually. he needs to be found guilty because he has never had to pay any consequences. he is still going to get pardoned and it still doesn't matter. >> harold: what do you base that on, the pardon? >> jesse: you don't think his dad is going to pardon? >> judge jeanine: kgpe said he wasn't. >> dana: we will see about that. >> greg: this is awkward to find out about weedgirl69 on live television. she just stopped answering my calls. this is a win for joe biden because we are not talking about joe biden. again, hunter has taken one for the team. this deflects -- going after this charge deflects everything from the big guy and the kickbacks and the influence peddling. it's like, this takes the judicial box, so everybody can say, look, it is equal justice, but in reality, it is not equal justice, if you remember, they curated a law, a bespoke charge, bespoke -- jesse: like my suit. >> greg: they tailored the crime to fit. meanwhile the hunter biden crime is real but has no blowback on the big guy, which is intended. you know, it's the only charge that is untethered to joe. there is no discussion of the influence peddling or the kickbacks. and then i do agree, hunter will get off, as he usually does but i do think this is one of those things where it is a nice little package, and as always, it's about the big guy. it's the big guy. hunter has taken one for the team. >> dana: will that come out come of the big guy, will that be an issue in the tax related trial that hunter biden has coming up? >> jesse: guys, guys come i have to make a correction. it is not weedgirl69, it is weedslut420. >> greg: now i don't feel so bad. >> dana: i see how you can make that mistake. >> jesse: the weed sluts.
