>> no. do i believe we are going to get better? i believe in that, i'm optimistic we can get better. the endorsement i made years ago with biden was one i thought was best decision for me at that time. i thought back then, i'm in this position where i have some influence and it is my job then temperature is my job now to exercise my influence and share this is who i'm going to endorse. am i going to do it again this year? my answer is no. >> carley: interesting look into the thinking of the rock. he seems to be moderate in terms of political position, he endorsed biden and says he regrets that decision and will not do it again. will cain getting a second interview with the rock, first on the floor of the new york stock exchange. are they friends now? took him a year to visit east palestine in light of the fact this bridge collapsed visit is happening much quicker. >> hi, carley, i was running for congress, that primary is over and i did not win. who knows what the future holds. as far as the president, he said he couldn't help us because it was not a natural disaster. the bridge was not a natural disaster either and the government is taking care of that. they put the entity in charge that caused this and that is causing the problems in east palestine. he came here because he had to win. he melt with hand-picked democrats even though our demographic is 70% republican. we were not forgotten, we were ashgsz bandoned and now being punished for the way we vote. he may be coming for you when something like this happens, you may be punished, as well. >> carley: you mention problems east palestine is facing. do you know anyone that has gotten sick or sickness is connected to this train derailment? >> for the most part, yeah, to be honest, it was a difficult struggle to get there. point in my legal proceedings, it did not look like there would be proper accountability and justice, thanks to jewish organizations, community, everyone stepped in and we applied pressure. >> todd: what happened to you is microcosm of what is happening to people in this once great city. we got to be real here. what is sad, you have the mayor say, crime is down, his own nypd stats, he used to be a member of nypd and now is mayor, show that is opposite. do you know anyone that lives and works in new york city and says i feel safe walking around these parts? >> i have not heard that, i hear people standing away from subway tracks and watching their backs and making sure they get home safe. i am a life-long new yorker, i lived here since 2011 and never seen it more eerie and on your toes than ever before. >> todd: you said nothing is changing since your attack. why do you think criminals like the ones who attacked you feel so embolden right now?
