that is trying to separate themselves from the former president's case stand to help them at all? >> it may. because there are two defendants thus far in the georgia case, who have filed a motion for a speedy trial. kenneth chesebro, and sidney powell. so far the judges granted that with respect to cheeseborough. i suspect that the judge will also grant the motion to sydney powell and probably together in the october trial date that the judge has now set. there is a certain advantage, because what they will do, lindsey, i've been involved in codefendant cases were some codefendants go first, and then some codefendants go second, they will undoubtedly point the finger at the chair. they will say, you know, however bad it may look for us, it was really donald trump driving the train. sydney powell may argue that it was really rudy giuliani who was driving the train, do not hold us accountable. hold the more culpable player is accountable, because they will be tried in the future. i've seen that tactic,
