They include restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salons, an escape room, a tattoo parlor, and other storefronts selling ice cream and flip flops. “It’s really exciting,” said Emilie Cameron, district affairs and development director with the Downtown Sacramento Partnership. “It’s a variety of businesses, some who had already been working towards opening their doors, pre-pandemic, others who seized an opportunity.”
